Abstract: This study aims to identify and understand factors that affect to acceptance E-commerce among Jordanian students. This study integrates technology acceptance model (TAM) Innovation Diffusion theory (IDT), Trust and Technology Factor with awareness factor as mediating. The primary data were collected from 384 valid questionnaires, which were distributed, to random Jordanian students in five universities. The analyses of the gathered data employed the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The validity of the final overall model was evaluated using the statistics and acceptable fit of the measurement model to the data has been demonstrated. Based on the outcomes, the factors with the highest direct effect on Intention to use E-commerce appeared to be Attitude toward using E-commerce, while the factor with the highest indirect effect on Intention to use E-commerce appeared to be Compatibility. The main findings of the study are: perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, compatibility, trust and technology factor with awareness factor as mediating has a positive and significant impact on behavioral intention.

Abstract: This research work is to study the impact of agricultural sector on the economic growth of Nigeria between the year 2008 and 2017. The study employed the econometric approach of OLS which involved the use of regression analysis (multivariate). This will be used to examine the impact of Total Agricultural Output (TAO), Government Expenditure on Rural Healthcare (GERH), Government Expenditure on Rural Road Network (GERN) and Government Expenditure on Rural Electrification (GERE) on economic growth (Gross Domestic Product(GDP)).These independent variables were carefully selected to take along as many of such variables that will impact on economic growth of Nigeria. For instance, the popular saying that ‘Health is wealth’ is an understatement. Rather, ‘health is everything including wealth’. The specific objectives of this study are to examine the impact of the above independent variables on the economic growth in Nigeria. Secondary data is used. The data was sought from appropriate agencies-Central bank of Nigeria (CBN) and National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). By theoretical framework, we intend to examine some existing theories that can be used to study the nexus between agricultural sector and economic growth and development. These theories are the Lewis theory of development, the Solow-Swan neoclassical growth, the Harrod-Domar growth model and the theory of balance growth. The findings will be used to make recommendations to policy makers. It will also be added to the existing body of knowledge on the topic.

Abstract: Food security is still relevant in global discuss considering the rate of food insecurity in the third world nations. The study examines the Effect of E-Wallet System of Inputs Distribution on Maize Farmers Food Security Status in Gwagwalada Area Council, Abuja. Primary data was used for the study. Multi-stage random sampling techniques was used to select 80 maize Farmers from which relevant data obtained for this study. Descriptive statistics, food security index and logit regression model were used to achieve stated objectives. Results from the study revealed that maize Farmer in the study spent at least N4,272.02 on food per month and majority of them were food secured. From the logit regression result beneficiaries of E-Wallet program, Education, Access to Credit, Marital status where positive and significant in determining maize farmers food security status. Beneficiaries of E-Wallet program and Access to Credit were significant at 1% while Education Marital status were significant at 5%. Based on the findings from this study, its therefore recommended that maize farmers be urged to register and join the E-Wallet program and be active members. Furthermore, access to credit was positive and significant hence policies that will reduce the bottle necks around accessing credit facilities should be developed and implemented.

Abstract: In recent decades, developing countries have increased their share in global dairy production. This growth is mostly the result of an increase in numbers of producing animals rather than a rise in productivity per head. In many developing countries, dairy productivity is constrained by poor-quality feed resources, diseases, limited access to markets and dairy animals’ low genetic potential for milk production. Unlike developed countries, many developing countries have hot and/or humid climates that are not favorable for dairying. Since the 1970s, most of the expansion in milk production has been in South Asia, which is the main driver of milk production growth in the developing world. Indian Dairy farming is a class of agriculture for long-term production of milk, which is processed for eventual sale of a dairy product. The current milk chain flow in India is from milk producer to milk collection agent. Then it is transported to a milk chilling center and bulk transported to the processing plant, then to the sales agent and finally to the consumer. In most developing countries, milk is produced by smallholders, and milk production contributes to household livelihoods, food security and nutrition. Milk provides relatively quick returns for small-scale producers and is an important source of cash income. This is a study the existing marketing practices adopted by the union in Tamilnadu and their strategies for developing the diary industry and also ensure availability of quality milk and milk products to the consumers at reasonable rates.

Abstract: This article looked at the debt situation in Nigeria. The paper examined trend of Nigeria’s public debt since 1960s till date. Debt is an important component of fiscal policy. The method of analysis is explanatory and descriptive analysis. This article chronologically narrated Nigeria’s debt profile before and after independence. The write up also discussed the implications of debt on economic growth and development of Nigeria. It also discusses how the debts can be managed. The causes of debt in Nigeria were enumerated and extensively discussed. Short-term and long-term solutions were also explicitly narrated. It is recommended that solving the existing external debt problem should not be regarded as the final objective but rather should be seen as an opportunity for enabling Nigeria to absorb more external resources for economic recovery, growth and development. Corruption and blocking of leakages in economy must be treated with all seriousness and sincerity. Technology should be deployed to sustainably fight corruption. Nigeria must consolidate on the gain from Bank Verification Number (BVN) and Treasury Single Account (TSA). It should be noted that in the modern world, corruption is not only fought by “sending more people to jail”.

Abstract: The paper represents the research about the use of statistical tools and methods in organizations of metal- processing industry. Those organizations have coordinated their business and management system with the requirements of International Standards for quality, environment and safety. The summary of extensive research about the possibilities of applying the modern business methodology improvement, "Six Sigma" is represented. Research results show that the oldest and the simplest methods are the most popular and the most used methods in practice. There are few organizations that apply statistical tools and methods proposed by professional and scientific literature and others don’t use it. Reasons for that are various and they are represented in this paper.

Abstract: The study assessed the working capital management used and its effect on performance of financial institutions in Rwanda. In this research the I & M bank Ltd main branch in Kigali city was used as a case study to determine the relationship between the working practice and financial performance in institution from 2009 to 2013. The specific objectives of the research included the following; to identify the management practices used for managing working capital in banking institutions in Rwanda, to determine the factors that affect working capital of banking intuitions in Rwanda and to determine the relationship between the working capital management practices and the performance of banking institutions in Rwanda. A descriptive approach which involved measurement, classification, analysis, comparison and interpretation of the data was used in this study. A sample of 15 heads of department of I & M bank Ltd main branch in Kigali city were purposively sampled out of the top management population of 15 based on Robert and Morgan (1970) table. Both qualitative and quantitative research design were used in order to provide better opportunities to answer the research questions and to evaluate the extent to which the findings may be trusted, and inferences made from the data collected. Secondary data was obtained from financial documents of the bank while primary data was collected on perception and attitude of the respondent on working capital management and performance of financial institutions in Rwanda. The numerical variables that needed accounting and interpretation were collated for data analysis. Data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistics and the result presented using tables and figures of percentages, frequencies and correlations based on the objectives. The age gender, education and experience of the respondents were found to be accurate and reliable to constitute a strong bases on which conclusions should be based. The factors for performance and the measures of working capital management were identified to visualize the impact on financial performance. The main findings in the research indicated that the bank employs the conservative practices in working capital management characterized by high cash and current assets with relatively low levels of non-performing loans and profits. The respondents also ranked accounts receivable as the most important component of working capital (53.4%) followed by cash at hand (40%) and inventory (6.6%) respectively. The secondary data showed that the working capital management and financial performance in I & M bank Ltd are related as was further confirmed by 93% of contacted respondents who also revealed that the main factor which affected the working capital was the nature of business. The research findings are important in enhancing the performance of financial institutions through their ability to maintain sound working capital management strategies. The strategies are known to enhance proper financial planning and control that enable the banks to maintain enough working capital with constant financial reporting channels and procedures.

Abstract: This study’s purpose is to know the e-WOM combination of impulse buying through brand image. The variables offered are e-WOM, brand image, and impulse buying. The number of samples is 100 Starbucks customers domiciled in Denpasar as a whole with a purposive sampling method that has criteria, uses social media in the last 3 months, buying to Starbucks in the last 3 months, and has last high school education. Data was collected through questionnaires. Used the classic assumption test, analysis of path test and sobel test. The result is it was found that e-WOM and brand image were positive and significantly affected the drive to buy Starbucks customers. The brand image is able to mediate the significance of e-WOM to Starbucks customer buying impulses and brand image as a partial mediation variable because it is able to show e-WOM and brand image as factors that influence Starbucks impulse buying customers. This proves that e-WOM and brand image influence the drive to buy Starbucks customers. Positive E-WOM is needed to improve brand image and impulsive buying supported by the company for E-WOM remain positive.

Abstract: The study was conducted to determine the interaction of organizational climate and decision making styles of school administrators of Second Congressional District of Nueva Ecija as perceived by teachers.

Findings showed that there were more female teachers than male in the Second Congressional District, Division of Nueva Ecija. Most of the teachers were married, with academic rank of Teacher I, with educational attainment mostly of Bachelors degree and served the school for an average of 7 years. Furthermore, most of the teacher respondents had socio-economic status range from P191,000-P602,999 belong in class D.

Esprit and Intimacy as a teacher behavior in the organizational climate of the school were perceived by the teacher-respondents to “often occurs”, while disengagement as a teacher behavior in the organizational climate was described to organization, “rarely occur”. Production Emphasis as a leader behavior often occurs in the school organizational climate.

There was a significant relationship between socio-demographic characteristics I terms of sex, age, civil status, monthly salary, highest educational attainment, length of service and Socio-economic status with the organizational climate in terms of aloofness, production emphasis, thrust and consideration. Results showed that there was a significant relationship between socio-demographic characteristics in terms of sex, age, civil status, monthly salary, educational attainment, length of service and socio-economic status of teacher – respondents and decision making styles of school administrators. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between school organizational climate in terms of teacher behavior and leader behavior and decision making styles.

Abstract: The research aims to find out: trends in the degree of openness of Balinese imports and their influence on the rate of growth of the Balinese economy, the nature of the elasticity of imports between provinces and abroad. Bali is a research area and was chosen because it has economic growth above the national (5-6 percent) and is in the center of the tourism industry, high population growth (above 2 percent per year), and people's income measured by GRDP is always increasing. The growing economy of the community has encouraged their ability to import various types of commodities to meet consumption needs. This reality inspired researchers to focus on researching the import problems of Bali Province. The analytical tools used are linear trends, multiple linear regression models, and income elasticity coefficients. Based on the results of this study it is expected to be able to reveal, that the trend of openness of imports in the Balinese economy is believed to be going forward, then the GRDP has a positive effect on imports between provinces and abroad, and finally the income elasticity of imports between provinces and abroad is thought to be inelastic. This inelastic character indicates that commodity imports between the provinces of Bali abroad are still limited to the basic commodities used to fulfill the consumption of local residents. With the findings of the above in the future, the community is advised to the government, the producer community to strive to increase production and at the same time the productivity of imported commodities, specifically those that can already be produced in Bali. For consumers of imported goods, they want to reduce consumption of imported goods and make maximum use of local products in all consumption activities.
