Abstract: The birth and development of an independent State is the basis for asserting the existence of an independent people. Therefore, the issue of building, organization and completion of a State has an important meaning to assert the independence of a country. The State is considered from the aspect of organizational apparatus, defining the functional competence of each agency in the State apparatus, including: legislative, executive and judicial. An independent State is defined on the basis of completing the above factors. As a result, in this article, the author deploys the issue of building and organizing the State of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam with three contents: Building a legislative body, an executive body and a judiciary agency in Vietnam in the 1945-1946 period, closely linked to Ho Chi Minh’s role.

Abstract: This study examined eye-witness accounts and the news contents of OGTV and Rockcity FM stations. The study employed survey method. The main objectives of the study were to ascertain whether or not OGTV and Rockcity FM radio use eye-witness accounts in their news production, to also know the rate at which the stations use eye-witness accounts in their news package. As well as possible challenges in the use of eye-witness accounts in the news production of both stations. Staffers in the news and current affairs departments of both stations formed the population of the study which were purposively made the sample size at 30. Related literature and theories such as, source credibility were reviewed in relation to the study. According to the findings both stations used more of physical eye-witness accounts. It was also, evident that physical eye-witness accounts were more objective, authentic, and balance than online version.  Likewise they used more than any other available ones in their news packaging. Based on the findings, it is therefore recommended that, since the rate of eye-witness account usage is very high in the broadcast stations, and it can be exaggerated, therefore, broadcast media must be careful from any information taking from any eye-witnesses, so as to avoid defame or grandstand on exaggerated event(s). Larger percentage of physical eye-witness accounts should be engaged for balance, objective and authentic information, so as to keep the general public abreast of credible information.

Abstract: President Ho Chi Minh was born and raised in the context of our country being colonized and invaded by the French colonialists. The Vietnamese people suffered extremely brutal oppression and exploitation by the colonialists and feudalism. The French colonial exploitation made many changes in the social nature of Vietnam. The birth of new class meant that many new arisen contradictions, along with old classes and conflicts, became even fiercer. Many uprisings broke out, but all failed. The Vietnamese Revolution in the late nineteenth century and early twentieth century fell into a state of crisis and deadlock in terms of path. Born in the context of "the country was lost, the house was dissolved", on the basis of patriotism inherited from the traditions of the homeland, the people and the family, Ho Chi Minh determined to leave to find a way to save the country and liberate the nation. In the process of traveling all over the countries and continents, through exploration and research, especially the influences and impacts from the victory of the Russian October revolution in 1917, Ho Chi Minh came to the theory of  Marxism - Leninism on the path of proletarian revolution. Thereby he affirmed that "To save the country and liberate the nation, there is no other way than a proletarian revolution" [6, p.120]. The article shows the basis for asserting that Ho Chi Minh's choice of the proletarian revolution of Ho Chi Minh for the national liberation revolution in Vietnam is absolutely judicious. At the same time, the content on the path of national liberation revolution revolutionary under Ho Chi Minh's ideology will prove Ho Chi Minh's theoretical development as well as his contributions to the cause of colonial national liberation, contributing to affirm, prove and glorify President Ho Chi Minh - a national liberation hero, who made great contributions to the movement of liberation of colonial nations.

Title: THE INEVITABILITY OF PROLETARIAN REVOLUTION PATH IN THE NATIONAL LIBERATION REVOLUTION UNDER HO CHI MINH’S IDEOLOGY

Abstract: This study explored the role of selected practices in improving nutrition among school going children in Adekokwok sub-county. It adopted a case study design and applied both quantitative and qualitative approaches in handling the study objectives which was premised to identify the agricultural practices being carried out; determine the level of nutrition among school going children; and examine the contribution of selected agricultural practices in improving nutrition among school going children in the study area. Simple random; and purposive sampling techniques were preferred to identify a sample size of 72 respondents who were later analyzed and found to be a female dominated (72.5%), youthful (25-34 year) and married participants that comprised of households with less than three members, and comprised of mainly farmers who have reached at least a primary level of education. The study concludes that cereal crops were the most produced crops, with the main tool used for cultivation by households being hand hoes; and they did not use any irrigation methods in case of drought. Despite planting traditional seeds, farmers used manufactured fertilizers and store their food in bags. The study recommends that extensive and vigorous awareness on agricultural practices should be made in order to ensure basic orientation of the local community, and Lira district Local Government form the “Nutrition Ordinance for Children” that will guide agricultural practices in the district if nutrition among school going children can be enhanced.

Abstract: Using the descriptive-correlation design, this study attempted to explore the correlation between vocabulary learning strategies and the vocabulary knowledge (depth and breadth) of the 1^st year BSED Major in English students of University of the Cordilleras. To this end, a sample of were the 32 students from University of the Cordilleras, BSED English enrolled in the subject Philippine History during the academic year 2019-2020 completed a questionnaire concerning vocabulary learning strategy use based from Schmitt’s (1997) taxonomy. Vocabulary Size Test (Nation and Beglar, 2007) and Word Associates Test (Read, 1998) were administered to measure the breadth and depth of the respondents’ vocabulary knowledge.

The findings of the study showed that there is no positive significant relationship between the vocabulary learning strategies and vocabulary knowledge of the respondents. Thus, none of the vocabulary learning strategies affects the breadth and depth of vocabulary knowledge of the respondents positively. It may be because the respondents do not use the vocabulary learning strategies often since the grand mean of the respondents’ scores in each vocabulary learning strategy revealed that they just use the vocabulary learning strategies sometimes. However, a negative relationship between the cognitive strategy and the depth of vocabulary knowledge was shown through the results. According to it, it may be inferred that the more the students use cognitive strategies, the lower level of depth of vocabulary knowledge is expected from them. Therefore, in enhancing the respondents’ depth of vocabulary knowledge, they may consider other strategies as their primary options to employ.

Abstract: President Ho Chi Minh lived and operated in an era where the consequences of the industrial economic development have not been really severe and the environmental pollution has not become popular, in other words, there has not been a basis for the sustainable development trend as at present. However, in the theory as well as instruction on the country’s development reality, he always paid attention to human as the center for the development, economic development must attach to the cultural, social development and natural resource and environment protection. This perspective of President Ho Chi Minh is not only suitable to the current situation in Vietnam, but is also consistent with the perception on sustainable development of the advanced mankind. Therefore, Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on sustainable development is a valuable spiritual assets for Vietnamese Party and People and shed the light for the revolution and sustainable development strategy of Vietnam to gain the victory.

Abstract: Building the great national unity bloc was one of special political measures of Ho Chi Minh in the period 1945 – 1954 in order to gather forces to the maximum, perform the goals, namely: maintaining the independence, protecting revolutionary accomplishments. With the aforementioned meaning, in this article, the authors develop into two contents: firstly, Ho Chi Minh flexibly implemented the policy of national unity on the basis of harmoniously settling the issues of nationality and social classes in revolutionary practice; The second one is his creativity in building and organizing the great national unity bloc through the form of the National United Front. Thereby, we can see the flexibility and suppleness in Ho Chi Minh's strategy of great national unity - an important factor contributing to the great victory of the Vietnamese revolution in general and in the period 1945 - 1954 in particular.

Abstract: Ho Chi Minh Ideology of the law-governed state is one of the cores and primary contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideological system. From very start of the revolution, Ho Chi Minh realized, established and organized many important activities for our national course of legislation and constitutional course. During the now construction and completion of the socialist republic law-governed state in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Ideology of the law-governed state has been remaining its validity. The term was considered as the ideological foundation and orientation for the Vietnamese process of building the law-governed state, the research and appointment of the core values in Ho Chi Minh Ideology about the law-governed state becomes one of the important contents in the theoretical research of Ho Chi Minh. This article aims at analyzing and explaining the values of Ho Chi Minh Ideology on the law-governed state, while contributing to the systematization Ho Chi Minh Ideological theory, and creating a rational foundation for the completion of the socialist republic law-governed state of Vietnam today.

Abstract: Art appeared from the very beginnings of the existence of man on earth, where his tendency to express himself appeared through a number of drawings and statues, some of which were found, so these drawings had many connotations as a kind of appeal, or distress, or his need for immortality. Various civilizations have worked to develop and improve paper to serve different writing purposes, and the role of paper was not limited to notation and printing, but rather in some industries, and extended to many areas where it was used as a technology in animation Paper was invented around 105 AD in China. The Japanese first used paper during the sixth century, but the Japanese were the first to discover the possibilities associated with the use of paper as a medium of art. The modern use of the word "origami" is as an umbrella term for all folding practices, regardless of their culture. The original goal is to convert a flat sheet into the final solid shape through carving and folding techniques. Contemporary origami masters appeared in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Abstract: This paper is based on reviews and the impact of the spending on Hospitality by the travelers. The rural area of Uttar Pradesh is being considered for this review. The hotel industry comes as a rising industry trail since late 1900 just because of the rigorous growth in the present market, performance is growing in the supply chain and demand chain for amusement facilities and other necessities present for the Hospitality industry. Investors have come up with great confidence and showing great interest for the investments in hotel industry. Instead of the growing market, many investors and burrowers consider making investments in hospitality industry as a second choice source of income and remain into the primary market. Current trends in interpretation of Hospitality and spending ways of individuals are fluctuating constantly day by day. Various changes are come up as per the financial condition of the individuals. The financial turmoil of near past in Asia will no doubt create new challenges, as well as various opportunities. The person who belong to the higher class family, the spending on amusement life gets diverted. So keeping this in mind the hotel owners and or hospitality sector have to keep an eye for detail and look outside. Abstract: A novel understanding of truth as a process of dialogue, new experience and an encounter with different realities was the highlight of Hans George Gadamer’s hermeneutics. He has redefined truth as a continuous and an ongoing process of interpretation rooted in history, thus negating the traditional understanding of absolute nature of truth.  In the process of dialogue, a new meaning is generated through the fusion of horizons. This paper argues that recognizing the hermeneutics of existence in Gadamerian project is the recognition of hermeneutics of finitude. This paper also attempts to argue that there are ample avenues wherein Gadamerian project can be applied into the interpretation of religious beliefs. Gadamerian tools can be used to interpret the inter-textual phenomenon of the religious texts. It also indicates that a purely historical meaning would be insufficient for the best hermeneutical experience in religious realms. Inta-textual fusion of horizons, inter-textual fusion of understanding, the surplus meanings of religious experiences and the implications of incarnational approach are some of the positive outcomes of application of Gadamer’s project.

Abstract: This research determined the status of Communicative Approach in teaching English grammar in English Proficiency 1 for freshmen at Carcar City College during Academic Year 2018-2019. The findings of this study were used to come up with a Communicative Learning Module. Specifically, the study determined the pre-test performance of the students in the English Essentials in terms of Verb Tense, Phrasal Verb, and Question Formation and Tag Question. This also sought the post-test performance of the students in terms of aforementioned English Essentials after the Communicative Approach was applied. Lastly, this investigation determined the significant mean gain between the pre-test and post-test performance of the respondents. This study used quasi-experimental method and utilized universal sampling. There were 27 respondents involved in this investigation. Six strategies were used during the teaching-learning process and these are the task-completion, information-gathering, opinion-sharing, information-transfer, reasoning gap, and role play.

Abstract: The primary purpose of this study was to find out the extent to which job design influences employees’ quality of work output. The population of the study is 6254 comprising of departments of Murang’a County Government Headquarters and a sample size of 188 was identified in accordance to Gays 10 percent rule. The researcher collected the primary data by use of questionnaires from the respondents. Pilot study was carried out before actual data was collected to determined reliability of research instruments. Descriptive statistics with the help of SPSS helped the study findings to be analyzed. The researcher used a multivariate regression model to compare the relationship between job design as stress management strategies and employees work performance. The findings indicate that Job design as stress management strategies have positive significant effect on middle-level employees’ workplace performance of Murang’a County Government with a 0.00 null hypothesis significance level. It is therefore recommended that some jobs should be broken into small component parts in order to improve employee workplace performance and also to assign specialists to do each part.

Abstract: This paper deals with the academic discussions on friendship in western philosophy. Starting with Plato, the paper tries to summarize and analyse the views of Aristotle, Emmanuel Levinas, and, Jacques Derrida. Through this method the evolution happened in understanding the subject can be known. As we all know, friendship can only be conceptualized within the field of politics. By observing, how the idea of friendship travelled through time, we could get the changes happened historically in the political understanding. Abstract: Background: The world is dealing with COVID pandemic and its consequences. The medical fraternity & the governments of their respective countries are taking avid measures in curtailing the epidemic to a minimum. With the focus mainly on the case detection and treatment, issue that has been grossly overlooked, is the mental repercussions of the COVID pandemic and its economic fallout. The plastic surgery department observed a high incidence of suicidal wrist cut injuries during the Lock down phase in India and planned to study such suicidal cases in details and assess the reason behind them.

Methods: A retrospective observational epidemiological assessment over a period of three months of lockdown was conducted, the cases included hand cut injuries especially with suicidal intent. Similar data was retrieved for the years 2019, 2018 and 2017. The suicidal cases were studied in details as to their cause of suicide, previous psychiatric history, depth of cut, if on any medication et cetera. Fischer’s Exact T test was used to calculate significant correlation.

Results: There was a significant correlation of suicidal hand cut injuries and COVID pandemic. 75% of the causes were related to COVID pandemic directly or indirectly. The suicides showed a true intent in the self-harm inflicted.

Conclusions: The management of the population vulnerable to mental diseases has become disrupted. Filling the lacunae of awareness at the grass root level is the need of the hour. Also measures need to be taken to regain the waning of empathy shown by the already taxed health care professional while dealing with patients in OPD and emergency.
