Abstract: This study examined the effect of digitalization innovations on streamlining warehouse operations at Intersec Security Company Ltd (ISCO Ltd) in Rwanda. It specifically assessed the effects of digitalization innovations adoption, warehouse operational efficiency, and digital implementation on warehouse operations. The study was guided by an integrated theoretical framework incorporating the Technology Acceptance Model, Resource-Based View, Lean Theory, Diffusion of Innovation Theory, and Dynamic Capabilities Theory. A descriptive and explanatory research design was adopted. The target population comprised 171 employees of ISCO Ltd, from which a sample of 120 respondents was selected using stratified and purposive sampling techniques. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS Statistics Version 26. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression analyses were used to examine the relationships among the study variables and test the hypotheses. The findings showed that digitalization innovations adoption had a positive and statistically significant relationship with warehouse operations (r = 0.597, p < 0.05) and a significant positive effect (β = 0.251, p < 0.05). Warehouse operational efficiency was also positively and significantly related to warehouse operations (r = 0.655, p < 0.05) and had a significant positive effect (β = 0.416, p < 0.05). Digital implementation, measured through employee training, management support, ICT infrastructure, and system integration, demonstrated a positive and statistically significant relationship with warehouse operations (r = 0.463, p < 0.05) and was the strongest predictor in the regression model (β = 0.417, p < 0.05). Overall, the regression model was statistically significant and explained 42.8% of the variation in warehouse operations (R² = 0.428). The study concludes that digitalization innovations adoption, warehouse operational efficiency, and effective digital implementation significantly enhance warehouse operations. It recommends sustained investment in digital warehouse technologies and continuous employee training to strengthen system utilization and operational performance.
