Abstract: latest Side-channel attacks are very easy to execute powerful attacks against crypto graphic implementations, and their targets range from primitives, protocols, modules, devices to even systems. These attacks harm a serious threat to the security of cryptographic modules. Also, cryptographic implementations have been executed for their resistivity against such attacks and the disturbance of different countermeasures has to be considered. This paper also deals with the methods and techniques employed in these attacks, the destructive effects of such attacks, the countermeasures against such attacks and evaluation of their feasibility and applicability.
