Abstract: This review was conducted to address and discuss the roles of family physicians in diagnosis and management of hypertensive patients, through variant procedures and gridlines worldwide. A literature search was conducted in the following databases: PubMed, The Cochrane Library, and Google scholar for relevant articles published up to, June, 2017. Hypertension is the First threat factor for mortality in the world1 and also an important danger variable for heart disease as well as stroke.
