Head teachers consider individual needs of learners in organizing activities, provide guidance and mentorship, assure equal opportunity for participation, listen to the suggestions of teachers and students and adapt activities according to the individual interests and abilities of learners. Moreover, it has been found out that head teachers support teachers responsible for extracurricular programs, provide resources needed, promote continuous improvement and long-term planning in order to make sure that the programs are sustainable. Findings of interviews have confirmed these results. Head teachers pay attention to recognition of students' talents and interests, individualized guidance, communication, teacher support, resource mobilization and program planning.
