Abstract: The main objective of this research is to explore the influence of homogenization heat treatment on grain characteristics and mechanical properties of copper-silicon-zinc and copper-silicon-tin ternary alloys. The alloys compositions were designed using response surface optimal design (RSOD). The designed alloy compositions were melted, cast, and subjected to homogenization at 900^oC for 5 h. The grain characteristics of the produced alloys were analyzed using an optical microscope (OM). The properties investigated were percentage elongation, tensile strength, and hardness. The OM results revealed the presence of segregated primary silicon and coarse intermetallic phase in the parent alloy. The surface morphology of the doped alloy consisted of refined and modified intermetallic phases evenly dispersed in the alloy structure.  The mechanical tests results showed that the percentage elongation, ultimate tensile strength and hardness of the alloy increased significantly by addition of tin and zinc. Homogenization heat treatment led to further increase in the ultimate tensile strength and hardness of Cu-3Si-3Zn alloys from 353 MPa to 376 MPa and from 254 BHN to 268 BHN. Cu-3Si-3Sn ternary alloys showed decreasing trends in ultimate tensile strength and hardness values after undergoing homogenization heat treatment. However, it recorded an increased percentage elongation after homogenization heat treatment.

Abstract: Adequate control of composition, cooling rates, and heat treatment parameters is crucial to achieving the desired ultrafine microstructure and properties in copper-based alloys. In this experimental study, an ultrafine Cu-3Si-Al and Cu-3Si-Mo ternary alloy with improved tensile strength and hardness is developed. The alloys system were developed via stir-casting technique and subjected to solid solution heat treatment at 900^oC for 5 h. The microstructures of the ternary alloys were analyzed and correlated with the investigated mechanical properties. Results showed that Cu-3Si-3Al alloy recorded ultimate tensile strength and hardness of 314 MPa and 278 BHN in as-cast condition. Incorporation of molybdenum to the parent alloy significantly increased the ultimate tensile strength, percentage elongation, and hardness. As-cast Cu-3Si-3Mo alloy recorded ultimate tensile strength and hardness of 130 MPa and 192 BHN, respectively. After solution heat treatment, ultimate tensile strength and hardness of Cu-3Si-3Al alloy increased from 314 MPa to 322 MPa, and from 192 BHN to 201 BHN. On the same condition, Cu-3Si-3Mo alloy recorded about 29.2% and 4.7% increase in ultimate tensile strength and hardness compared to the as-cast Cu-3Si-3Mo alloy. This mechanical behavior can be attributed to increased solid solution region and fine grains accompanying increasing addition of aluminium and molybdenum.

Abstract: This article presents a neural model regarding the treatment of oil field waters, separated from the products extracted from the wells, in order to use them in the reservoir pressure restoration process. The models for separating petroleum products from these waters are also presented. The contamination and treatment of waste water is also described, as well as the definition of this phenomenon from several points of view. This article shows the classification of polluting agents and details the contamination of waters with hydrocarbons, the effects of this contamination, as well as methods and techniques for ameliorating the effects of water pollution with petroleum products.

Abstract: Intelligence Brownfield projects significantly benefit from Artificial Intelligence (AI) as project managers adopt different machine learning tools to support the planning, design, execution, control, and monitoring of oil and gas projects. The technological advancements in data science contribute to sustainable developments in brownfield projects as engineers, project managers, and investors look for sustainable means to improve project efficiency and minimize construction costs. For instance, understanding data science through machine learning improves project schedules. The project managers rely on AI algorithms to predict cost variations, labor force performance, and potential risks such as adverse weather patterns. In addition, AI tools such as machine learning are vital for engineering design and procurement. Engineers can make adjustments to their designs based on the risk assessment data. However, quality design outcomes rely on accurate data. The procurement team also requires accurate data to estimate costs, cut costs where necessary, and provide alternatives. Therefore, the paper presents AI's role in enhancing safe and sustainable engineering designs for brownfield projects. The research paper also discusses the role of chatbot tools in retrieving important documents such as Engineering Design Codes. The project stakeholders can rely on the AI applications to access the project information and provide feedback. With AI technology, the design team, such as structural engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors, can simulate the project and share it with other stakeholders, such as project managers and the client. Therefore, AI is suitable for the planning, design, execution, management, control, monitoring, and operation of brownfield projects

Abstract: The following essay compiles different correlations found in the literature to determine the dew point pressure of gas condensate reservoirs. An evaluation and comparison study of these methods is performed for 150 gas samples from different regions and literature sources. The tested models were: Shokir, Nemeth-Kennedy, Elsharkawy, Ahmadi, Kamari and Okpo Nnadozie. The before mentioned models were chosen because they are function of reservoir temperature, gas composition, molecular weight, and specific gravity of the heavy component (C7+). The best model representing the dew points pressures of the 150 gases samples in this study was statistically determined.

Abstract: Mobile cameras have transformed how we document and share visual content, but limitations hinder creative capabilities. This study develops a cost-effective device controlled by a mobile app to enhance mobile camera capabilities. The device targets multimedia content creation as an affordable alternative to expensive app-controlled devices. The researchers designed and constructed a camera mount with rail guides and stepper motors, controlled through a mobile app. Thorough testing and evaluation assessed functionality, performance, reliability, maintainability, and usability based on ISO 25010 criteria. Stratified random sampling selected respondents such as content creators, photographers, and videographers who evaluated the prototype. The evaluation results yielded high scores, with a grand mean of 3.3333 for reliability, 3.6400 for maintainability, 3.7120 for usability, 3.3680 for performance efficiency, and 3.7160 for functional suitability, indicating a strong consensus among participants and demonstrating the high utility of the developed technology. Researchers recommend enhancing the CAMTRACK prototype with advanced camera devices, extended rail length, improved user interface, multidirectional movement, customizable camera settings, and enhanced battery portability.

Abstract: The automotive industry's growing population has raised concerns about road congestion and traffic accidents. To tackle these challenges, the Internet-of-Things (IoT) paradigm has regained attention in the tech market, accompanied by advancements in modern wireless telecommunications. However, companies like Thinkware and Blackvue rely on cloud storage for driving purposes, necessitating manual file downloading and fast internet access (Costa, 2019). In this research study, it aims to build and develop a microcomputer based vehicle dashboard camera system that incorporates GPS tracking and synchronized data transfer to a mobile application to address this issue without relying on cloud storage. The system's goals were to increase vehicle security, incident reporting capabilities, and overall safety. The study used functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, functionality, and aesthetics as evaluation characteristics, assessing the system's effectiveness using ISO 25010 and the Mobile App Rating Scale (MARS). Purposive sampling was used to determine a sample size of fifty respondents. Participants expressed satisfaction with functionality, performance efficiency, usability, and aesthetics, according to survey replies. The system's features, such as video synchronization, accurate date-stamped information, GPS tracker location, and weather tracker location, garnered positive feedback. The study's findings show that the proposed dashboard camera system achieves its objectives and has the potential to improve vehicle security, monitoring, and incident reporting. The study provides important insights for future developments in dashboard camera systems, GPS integration, mobile application interfaces, and incident reporting capabilities which this system can benefit car owners/drivers, law enforcement authorities, and helps to enhance vehicle security technologies.

Abstract: Electronic waste disposal becomes very important in implementing circular economy in many countries, such Saudi Arabia. The rapid change of technologies has shortened the life-cycle of many electronics which lead to having huge amount of electronic waste that need to be disposed in a safe way, have a process of electronics recycling, or refurbish them to be used somewhere else. Saudi Arabia as a grown market have invested in circular economy through establishing many companies specialized in recycling of electronic waste and other materials. In this paper, the electronic waste disposal effort and challenges of different Saudi organizations, such as government sectors, non-profit organizations, and profit organizations will be discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, based on Jumarie’s modified Riemann-Liouville (R-L) fractional derivative and a new multiplication of fractional analytic functions, a type of fractional power series is studied. We can find the exact solution of this fractional power series by using some methods. In fact, our result is a generalization of classical calculus result. Moreover, some examples are provided to illustrate our result. In fact, our result is a generalization of traditional calculus result.
