Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the shoot regeneration and propagation ability of Ocimum basilicum L. through plant tissue culture technique. Callus formation was also observed in this study. Shoots, stems and roots of 8-week-old aseptic seedlings were used in this study. All cultures were incubated at a temperature of 25 ± 1ºC and illuminated with fluorescent light for 16 hours of light and 8 hours dark. Shoot and stem explants were found to be very responsive to produce maximum callus weight when cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium added with 2.0 mg/L Benzylaminopurine (BAP) and 1.0 mg/L Naphthalene Acetic Acid (NAA) with  2.20 ± 0.24 g and 2.01 ± 014 g respectively. Meanwhile, shoot regeneration was observed to be optimum when stem explant was cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg/L and 0.5 mg/L.  Tissue culture technique is an effective method in propagating Ocimum basilicum L. and its features are preserved. Due to the demand of this plant species by the consumers, this study suggests that in vitro propagation could be a suitable technique to promote mass supply of Ocimum basilicum L. in future.

Abstract: In the pursuit of maximizing audience engagement in theatrical productions, producers prioritize both box office revenue and the paramount aspect of artistic excellence, navigating the complex journey from creative conception to live stage performance demands meticulous managerial oversight. The success of theatrical collaborations hinges on the shrewd business acumen exhibited by managers as they navigate the intricate web of factors influencing a production, including content, cast, crew, production dates, ticketing, venue selection, and socio-economic considerations. This research delves into the exemplary case of Wakaa-the Musical, directed by Bolanle Austen-Peters, as a paradigmatic representation of contemporary Nigerian stagecraft. Examining the myriad stages preceding the inaugural performance, the study underscores the pivotal role played by judicious allocation of resources and adherence to a meticulously planned schedule. A discerning analysis of Wakaa's production management illuminates the nuanced interplay between artistic vision and pragmatic execution. Drawing on a blend of scholarly literature and insights gleaned from interviews with the production manager, this study unravels the intricate phases of Wakaa, shedding light on the strategies employed by the production management team to achieve success. The findings conclusively affirm that effective production management is not a serendipitous occurrence but a purposeful undertaking aimed at birthing well-conceived and impeccably executed shows. The imperative of judiciously managing time, resources, undertaking due diligence, and making informed executive decisions emerges as the linchpin of a triumphant theatrical production. This research contributes valuable insights to the discourse on the deliberate and strategic nature of production management in ensuring the success of live performances.

Abstract: The Internet of Things (IoT) describes the network of physical objects— “things”—that are embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the internet. These devices range from ordinary household objects to sophisticated industrial tools. With more than 7 billion connected IoT devices today, experts are expecting this number to grow to 22 billion by 2025.  a significant number of Internet-connected devices generate massive amounts of data. The main difficulty in the IoT market is Protecting IoT devices and network data. Privacy, confidentiality, integrity, and dependability problems must be addressed while transferring user data across devices. This research analyses the communications action of IoT devices and mobile apps, security threats to IoT technology, IoT tools, manufacturers, and simulators. This article deals also with the role of the Internet of Things in advancing smart security.

Abstract: Tribes are considered one of the most backward and isolated communities worldwide. Their livelihood and socio-economic status are restrained to the direct utilization of natural resources. They completely depend upon nature for their survival. Odisha is a backward state in India but it is rich in tradition, culture, and natural resources. The people of the forest and hill tract are the original ancestors of Odisha today consider as tribes. Out of thirty districts in Odisha, nine are considered tribal regions among them Mayurbhanj occupies the second position in Tribal concentration. The present study tries to explain the different tribal community of Mayurbhanj their demographic and social status as well as their occupational structure. This paper gives a comprehensive idea about the tribes in Mayurbhanj. From the analysis, it is clear that it’s very difficult to bring the tribes into the mainstream of society though there were a lot of tribal development programs implemented by both center as well as the state. Among all the tribal communities in Mayurbhanj, only Santhal and Bhumja are considered civilized. But still, now socio-economic disparities among the different clans and gender continue to be a dominant dilemma in tribal regions.

Abstract: In an increasingly pluralistic and diverse society, recognising the importance of promoting a truly inclusive education from all sectors is an unquestionable fact. The aim of this paper is to show, from a critical perspective, the evolution of attention to diversity in Spain. To do so, we briefly review the main laws and regulations that have been developed in the country, highlighting their most significant aspects. We also carry out a review of the research on actions that contribute to moving towards greater educational inclusion in our schools. Finally, we made a series of didactic proposals to work on this subject with students of the Primary Education Degree. Among the main conclusions, we highlight the urgent need to take into account the results of empirical research in this field when drawing up educational policies.

Abstract: Artificial Neural Networks are ideally suited for forecasting or prediction since they excel at spotting patterns or trends in data. Neural networks are therefore widely used in biological systems.An emphasis is placed on the use of neural networks in kidney stone diagnostics. Neural networks are used to diagnose kidney stone problems using technical ideas like as MLP, SVM, RBF, and BPA. In this paper is to identify kidney stone disease through the application of three distinct neural network algorithms, each with unique design and properties. This paper compares the three neural networks' performance in terms of accuracy, model construction time, and training data set size. Radial basis function (RBF) networks, two layers feed forward perceptron’s trained with the back propagation training algorithm, and learning vector quantization (LVQ) will be used to diagnose kidney stone illness. But figuring out the optimum method for any given diagnostic had always been a difficult undertaking. Neural network approaches have already been used in the diagnosis of kidney stones, much like in many other disorders.

This paper work's primary goal is to suggest the finest medical diagnostic tool—such as kidney stone identification—in order to speed up diagnosis times and increase precision and efficiency.

Abstract: The study assessed how capital, liquidity, and credit regulations affect the profitability of commercial banks in Kenya. The research was based on theories of liquidity management and capital buffers. A casual approach to investigation was adopted. The target population consisted of the 43 commercial banks in Kenya, and the inclusion criterion was institutions that have been operational for nine years (between 2013 and 2021). The study acquired secondary data from the bank's financial statements and audited reports using a data collection schedule. The descriptive and panel regression methods of analysis were utilized, and the results of the analysis were presented in tables. Findings revealed that capital regulation and liquidity regulation both had negative and significant effect on commercial banks’ profitability in Kenya while credit regulation displayed a positive and insignificant effect on the profitability of commercial banks in Kenya. The study recommend that the liquidity regulation of the central be strengthen to ensure that the banks liquidity is sufficient to meet the daily demands of the bank customers. This can be done through constant monitoring and review of the liquidity.

Abstract: Banks play a crucial role in stimulating economic growth and development, as they guarantee the accumulation of capital and investment within the economy. Nevertheless, the profitability of commercial banks is heavily dependent on the prudential regulatory systems that govern their operations. The study assessed interest rate effect on profitability of commercial banks in Kenya. The research was based on agency theory. A casual approach to investigation was adopted. The target population consisted of the 43 commercial banks in Kenya, and the inclusion criterion was institutions that have been operational for nine years (between 2013 and 2021). Due to the magnitude of the population, the response rate of a survey consisted of all 43 commercial banks that were selected via census sampling. The study acquired secondary data from the bank's financial statements and audited reports using a data collection schedule. Findings indicate that interest rate has a significant effect on commercial banks profitability in Kenya. The study recommends that bank managers should set interest rates in line with the prevailing market conditions.

Abstract: The relevance of health statistics in improving individual and public health cannot be overstated. Health statistics hold information on diseases, relative and absolute risks, effects of medical treatments, survival and mortality rates, among others. Understanding these figures is crucial for making informed decisions in several medical areas and in health policy. To make sense of health statistics, however, a certain amount of statistical knowledge is required. If not, statistics can be misinterpreted, leading to incorrect conclusions and decisions. The purpose of this study is to establish, with the use of three questions, if healthcare professionals and patients comprehend the often misunderstood concepts of survival, mortality, and lethality rates. An online questionnaire was available from October 30, 2022 to February 4, 2023. The final sample comprised 129 replies, with 37 health professionals and 92 individuals from other professions. Despite the limited sample size, the results indicate that both health professionals and the general population need to improve their statistical knowledge on survival, mortality, and lethality rates. By improving statistics health literacy many positive benefits can be expected to be achieved, such as better health and less overtreatment and healthcare expenses, due to better decision-making and fewer interventions and treatments.
