Abstract: The aim of this review was to assess the role of computed tomography (CT) virtual cystoscopy (VC) in the diagnosing and evaluating urinary bladder carcinomas lesions. Comprehensive search through most popular database; PubMed was performed for all articles on Urinary bladder tumors diagnosis using computed tomography (CT) virtual cystoscopy (VC) imaging technique published in English language up to May, 2017. Abstract: The recent review was aimed to evaluate and overview the surgical management of solid tumors of pancreas mainly as well as splenic solid tumors, also we intended to review the different surgical procedures such laparoscopic surgical resection. Abstract: Current study was aimed to overview the Glaucoma from different medical aspects including pathogenesis and risk factors and with clinical aspects as the treatment options available for different types of glaucoma. A literature search was conducted using electronic databases such as MEDLINE, the Cochrane Library, and manuscript references for studies published in English up to March 2017 on the topics glaucoma and its pathogenesis and risk factors leading to this disorder with discussion its treatments options. Studies included in this review were limited to human subjects with English language. Recognizing glaucoma-associated genes will certainly also help elucidate the biochemical paths that create glaucoma. Knowing such pathways will certainly facilitate the advancement of novel medication treatments that can be customized to specific forms of glaucoma. New therapies could consist of agents based on the protein, enzymes, or RNA transcripts related to glaucoma. Abstract: The main purpose of writing this review is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lamotrigine monotherapy for treating absence seizure in paediatric population. Absence epilepsy is one of the most common childhood epilepsy syndrome account for 2-10% of seizures in children. Effective control of absence seizures is important as it increases the risk of accidental injury (head injuries and bicycle injuries) in children. (Holmes et al, 2008 and Cerminara et al, 2012)

According to treatment guideline, ethosuximide or valproic acid is generally recommended for the first line treatment of absence seizures, however this study will assess the effectiveness of LTG as initial treatment in comparison to other conventional AEDs. This is done by analysing an open-label trial conducted with Japanese and South Korean paediatric patients and compare its result with another double-blind clinical study. The results gathered during research will be displayed graphically to show visual comparison and in tabulated form to indicate the correlation. In conclusion, the findings of the present review articles suggest that LTG monotherapy has managed to offer freedom from seizures to 35% patients suffering from absence epilepsy without generating any severe adverse effects. Hence LTG can be considered as a first-line therapy for treating absence seizure. However, this was a small-scale, uncontrolled and open label investigation hence, more research need to be done on a large scale before confirming it as an effective first-line drug. Abstract: The delivery of drugs by “vesicular drug delivery system” such as nano-niosomes provides several important advantages over conventional drug therapy. Levofloxacin was selected as a suitable drug for the present study because it is a potent second generation fluoroquinolone active against a broad range of gram positive and gram-negative aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Levofloxacin loaded nano-niosomal formulations were prepared by using different ratio of surfactant (Span 60, span 80) and cholesterol by thin film hydration followed by sonication method and was evaluated for entrapment efficiency, particle size, zeta potential, surface morphology and in-vitro drug release. Particle size and zeta potential of the F3 and F6 formulation were found to be 303.5 and 305.8 nm and -49.2 and -42.6 mV respectively. Highest entrapment efficiency was observed in F3 94% and F6 92%. The percent drug release from F1-F6 was observed as follows F1- 86.89%, F2- 74.62%, F3- 59.44%, F4- 80.59%, F5-72.46% , and F6- 55.8% which follows zero order drug release and Non- Fickian diffusion mechanism.

Abstract: Old age is a period when people move away from a previously more desirable period to a lesser desirable period. Life satisfaction among the aged is an important construct in the psycho-social study of ageing. In gerontology, life satisfaction is a concept frequently used to assess subjective well-being (Silverman, 2008). Present study focuses on identifying and comparing the level of satisfaction among senior citizens from institutionalised setting and non-institutionalised setting. Data was collected from a total sample of 120. Sixty five respondents from institutionalised setting and 55 respondents from non- institutionalised setting were selected. The data was collected from the respondents using Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS).

Abstract: Mycosis fungoides is the most typical cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma. Abstract: This methodical evaluation critically assesses the function of complementary and alternative medication in the treatment of those with an eating disorder. Sixteen research studies were included in the evaluation. The outcomes of this evaluation program that the function of alternative and complementary medicine in the treatment of those with an eating disorder is uncertain and further studies must be carried out. A potential role was found for massage and brilliant light treatment for depression in those with bulimia nervosa and a potential role for acupuncture and relaxation therapy, in the treatment of State Anxiety, for those with an eating disorder. The role of these complementary therapies in treating eating disorders must just be offered as an adjunctive treatment only.
