Abstract: weather Kybella injection VS other technique in double chin patients is more effective in getting rid of sub-mental fullness.

Objectives: To conduct a systematic review of the efficacy and adverse events (AEs) of Kybella injection in sub-mental fat reduction.

Background: Deoxycholic acid, also known as Kybella is a new injectable treatment that melts away the excess fat that causes double chins. The most common side effects of Kybella include swelling, bruising, pain, numbness, redness, and areas of hardness in the treatment area. Weather Kybella is really effective in treating submental fullness is true or not that’s the goal of this paper.

Design: Systematic Review

Methods: We conducted literature searches in PubMed, Cochrane, and EMBASE searching for descriptive and comparative studies evaluating the efficacy and safety of Kybella injections, which met predefined inclusion criteria.

Study selection: studies with information Kybella VS no Kybella procedures. Only randomized clinical trials and comparative studies were included.

Data extraction: data of trial design, weight (pre and post treatment), dose of Kybella, frequency of Kybella injection, duration of treatment, assessment method for double chin, sample size, total number of female and male, studies limitation and side effects.

Main Outcomes and Measures: sub-mental fullness improvement according to measurement scale or self-assessment scale, patient satisfaction and adverse events (AEs).

Results: Overall there was improvement in the grade of sub-mental reduction and patient satisfaction in all the studies. The primary efficacy endpoint, a reduction in sub-mental fat was assessed using ≥ 1 grade improvement on Clinician- Reported SMF Rating Scales [CR-SMFRS] for 2 mg/cm2 .

Conclusions: In this systematic review, the effect of Kybella in the treatment of sub-mental fat was reviewed. Overall there was improvement in the grade of sub-mental reduction and patient satisfaction.

Abstract: In this paper, Health care services play a vital role in the transformation of traditional cities into smart cities. In this work, we present a ubiquitous and quality computer aided blood analysis service for the detection and counting of white blood cells (WBC) in blood samples. WBCs also called leukocytes or leucocytes, are the cells of the immune system that are involved in protecting the body against both infectious disease and foreign invaders. Analysis of leukocytes provides valuable information to medical specialists, helping them in diagnosing different important hematic diseases such as AIDS and blood cancer (Leukaemia). However, this task is prone to errors and can be time consuming. In Proposed system, the image is pre-processed and then the images are segmented using otsu based Threshold method. After that ANFIS (Artificial Neural Fuzzy Inference System) is used to classify the disease types.

Abstract: Unusual presentation for 5 years old boy who come to general pediatric clinic complaining of failure to thrive and mild cyanosis, referred to pediatric cardiology to ruled out congenital cardiac disease, as an ejection systolic murmur heard in the left upper sternal border plus the mild cyanosis, oxygen saturation by pulse oximitry is 88% in room air.

Abstract: This research paper was aimed to review Celiac disease from different aspects, first by going through the etiological factors and pathogenesis of CD. But the main objective from this paper was to discuss the diagnostic procedures and treatment approaches of CD. We carried out a computerized literature search Through several medical databases “Medline, Embase, PubMed” up to 2017 January. We hand‐searched selected articles for additional citations relevant with our objective. We restricted our search only to English language with human subject’s studies discussing the celiac disease (CD). The hereditary risk for celiac disease is mostly pertaining to HLA genotypes with over 90% of topics with gastric disease favorable for DQ2 and also the remainder favorable for DQ8. celiac disease is usually taken into consideration a moderate condition treatable with simple dietary modifications, actually gastric disease imparts considerable dangers including minimized bone mineral density, impaired quality of life, as well as enhanced total death. In addition, the gluten complimentary diet regimen is extremely challenging and also could greatly impact patients and also their family members.

Abstract: Primary prostate sarcomas (PPS) are rare, reportedly comprising just 0.7% of all prostate malignancies. Detailed characteristics of the tumor are still unclear due to its rarity.

Here, we describe a case of prostatic stromal sarcoma in a 67 years old male who had an abdominal swelling for 9 months and he also suffered from dysuria & constipation for 8 months. And the present study is only the third case to be presented with dysuria & constipation.
