Abstract: Each and every day there is something new that the Department of Education introduces with the collaboration of ICT. I think there must be a continuous training of teachers, school staff and administrators because sometimes there are new areas of teaching learning process where ICT gets involved and it becomes difficult to achieve goals for teachers to keep abreast with the changes if they are not properly trained. Some say it takes a lot of their time, some feel that the government must employ someone who will be responsible to deal with ICT only. But by making direct changes in the way teaching and learning are organized, we can make more effective ICT in the organization of the education sector. The policy implications of my analysis point toward much more emphasis on bringing teachers and educational administrators into the information age with computer training and with more teachers oriented easily accessible data bases that help teachers in their teaching.

Abstract: This study aims to gain a clear description of the government policy toward business performance, the potency of local culture in supporting the existence of social capital, and small-to-middle industrial competency (IKM: industri kecil menengah) in Sarbagita area, Bali province. The result shows that role of the government policy has been proven to positively and significantly impact on business competitiveness. Intermediation from the government policy has positively and impacted on business competitiveness through business performance. The competency of business resource has positively and significantly impacted on business competitiveness. There is social capital potency on local culture at Sarbagita area. The role of social capital found on local culture and impacting on business performance has shown that local culture has significantly and positively impacted on business performance. Local culture has also positively and significantly impacted on both business performance and business competitiveness. This study provides a recommendation that local culture will strengthen business competitiveness among global markets especially in the field of export-based wood craft industries.

Abstract: This paper is based on a research study that was done to find out students’ opinions about their satisfaction with lecturers at a private university in Malawi. The research used a qualitative approach through semi structured interviews with senior students at the university. Additional information was collected through a review of institutional documents at the university. The study has found that the university has inadequate teachers to effectively carry out their teaching duties and that some of the teachers do not have the necessary qualifications to teach at university level. It has also been established that most of the teachers at this university are part time. All the three findings above do not augur well with the need to provide quality university education. Therefore there is need for the university and other private universities in Malawi to do something to raise the quality of teaching by among other things employing adequate and well qualified staff.

Abstract: Kids mean business to marketers. Intense competition to tap the young aspiring segment has seen and big players relying on high spends advertisements, cross-selling, licensed merchandising, program length commercials, product placement and promotions involving free gifts. Marketers today are constantly facing new challenges. One such challenge is, understanding the role played by kids in the purchase decisions and also important to remember that kids are more empowered than ever in terms of information, knowing their preferences, and engaging their parents as active enthusiasts. Any specific toy or gift attached with the product influence the child to purchase the product and this will lead for a repeat purchase. Parents look for products that are new and give surprise for their kids. The researcher made an attempt to find out the influence of surprise toys on purchasing kinder joy again and also to study the key factors in surprise toy influence children to purchase kinder joy. Data collected through questionnaire using convenience sampling technique. The parents were primary sampling units approached through schools and children because they are actually engaged to social life of children. The study restricted to Ernakulam district only. For analysis purpose,correlation analysis, Anova test and descriptive statistics were used. The findings of the study revealed that the kids were influenced by surprise toy on purchasing chocolates again. The study would help marketers in designing their endorsement strategy to effectively target kids.

The other corresponding function of a value is that it should also contribute to the welfare of the family, the community and the nation. Value system is the backbone of the society. Abstract: Russian education in Central Asia reached to its every nook and corner during the Soviet period; literacy rate, as such, reached to the highest water mark. However, after the unexpected fall of Soviet Union, there occurred drastic changes in almost every field of life; the case of education was no exception. Since the medium of instruction for education during Soviet period was Russian, they, therefore, felt no need to learn the native languages. And, for that matter, the knowledge of Russian language provided extra opportunities for its speakers in many respects. For example it would help one to get a government job in preference to that of any regional native language; provides opportunities to learn and teach at higher education, to do business at international level, etc. for Russian was the common language of the entire Soviet Union and was a language of international repute. However, after the fall of Soviet Union, every state in Central Asia adopted their regional language as the medium of education. Nevertheless, there are still some educational institutes with Russian as the medium of instruction. In this paper an attempt has been made to bring to light the educational status of the Russian ethnic minority in Tajikistan.

Abstract: Inclusive education emerged by insisting that children with special need to be included in the traditional classroom. The purpose of this paper is to propose the Islamic Transformation Centre (ITC), for inclusive education. This paper reviews the literature and adopts the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to propose the conceptual solution for inclusive education. The conceptual solution will be implemented through the use of Islamic Transformation Centre (ITC) with the collaboration of Ministry of Education (MoE) and other Quintuple Helix Model actors i.e. University, Industry, and Citizen/NGOs. It is hoped that this paper will not only generate discussion but also interest that will lead to the development of the right spirit for the promotion of effective inclusive education.

Abstract: Competitive forces in today’s business world are putting firms under pressure to improve quality, delivery performance, and responsiveness while simultaneously reducing cost, which for many companies have resulted in increased outsourcing of activities. Consequently a greater dependency on supplier’s performance in terms of quality and delivery service has evolved. One important aspect of supply chain management is supplier management which is organizing the optimal flow of high-quality, value-for-money materials or components to manufacturing companies from a suitable set of innovative suppliers. This study therefore was aimed at evaluating the role of supplier management on procurement performance in manufacturing companies a case of East African breweries. The specific objectives covered supplier integration, supplier quality management, supplier collaboration and supplier training. Theories relevant to the study include: deeming’s theory, network governance theory and social capital theory which all shows how the variables link up with the mentioned theories. Study variables were discussed under the conceptual framework there after operationalized. The study adopted a descriptive design with the population being the employees of East African breweries and their suppliers. Pilot test was also carried done on 5 employees (1.25%) before the actual data was collected to ensure validity and reliability of the research instruments. Data was edited, coded and analysed by use of statistical package for social sciences (SPSS version 21) and presented through tables and graphs. The study findings indicated that 81% of change in procurement performance at EABL can be explained by four variables namely buyer supplier integration, Supplier quality management, Supplier collaboration, and Supplier Training.  Supplier performance management is key to procurement performance as suppliers are integrated into organizations activities. EABL has a strong collaborative relationship with its suppliers and undertakes measures to train them. This has improved procurement performance to great extent (94.6%).However supplier integration and to be specific shared technology has not properly been achieved. EABL should focus more on integration and to maintain or improve on supplier collaboration and supplier training.

Abstract: Back ground: Patient’s rights are an important issue for achieving quality in health care so American Hospital Association sets twelve main items of patient’s rights and obligated health care providers to interest and apply them.  

Subjects and Methods: Descriptive design was used to assess nurses' perception toward the patient’s rights at Mansoura General Hospital.  Subjects all staff nurses working at Mansoura General Hospital with total number (n=268). Data collected through one tool which includes two parts: first part was personal characteristics; and the second part was patient's bill of rights Questionnaire Sheet.

Results: The study findings that most of nurses perceived patient’s rights.

Conclusion: The findings of this study indicated that nurse’s perceived patient’s rights. The training programs and courses are important for increasing nurses’ perception toward the patient’s rights.

Recommendations: The study recommended that hospital administration should increase nurse’s knowledge and perception through courses and training programs about patient’s rights.

Abstract: The inclusion of children with disabilities is not simply a charitable act. It is a process inspired by the promotion of human rights that benefits the entire population of a country and provides a clear statement of a government’s commitment to all its citizens. International provisions relating to the protection of children with disability rights exist within various international and regional legal systems. For the purpose of this paper, the write only discuss the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and, the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child. These instruments oblige State Parties to adopt appropriate legislative, administrative and other measures for the implementation of the rights of children with disability.

This paper focuses on the appropriate legislative, administrative and other measure that has to be taken by African State Parties for the full realization of the rights of children with disability.

Abstract: Information is needed throughout society. The information supports government transparency, improve knowledge and spur innovation creativity of society. Therefore, the information should be accessible by the public. Dissemination of information should be able to reach remote areas such as in Karimunjawa Islands. Local government power, where the media are influenced by geographic and socio-economic aspects, as well as the ability of communities to access information become the main criteria the selection of alternative information dissemination policy in Karimunjawa. Alternative policies are an option consists of 3 (three) options, namely the dissemination by prioritizing the media, or by giving priority to modern media or by empowering traditional media and interpersonal / face to face. The determination of the criteria and weighting based on community assessment and field conditions will help determine the outcome counting for many policy alternatives. Through this calculation obtained an overview on the information dissemination policy most appropriate for the people in the Karimunjawa Island of Jepara County in Central Java Province.

Abstract: The performance of TQM Hotels and Non TQM hotels is measured comparing statistically two major performance indicator Employee satisfaction and Operational effectiveness. To establish a link between TQM and performance and showing the need for the adoption of total quality culture in Novotel Bangkok Platinum Hotel. The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the benefit of TQM implementation in the hotel industry by examining the basic principles of TQM. The impact of TQM implementation of the two performance indicator will be assessed. Quantitative and qualitative method was used. Primary data is collected from the Novotel Bangkok Platinum Hotel by questionnaires and interview. Secondary data is gotten from articles, journals and online resources. The theory section looks at different concepts of quality as defined and viewed by various authors. Also the benefits and hindrances of TQM implementation were reviewed. The researcher have used ANOVA model to measure the difference of TQM hotel and Non-TQM hotel using the two performance indicator. The research findings confirmed the benefits that ensue from the implementation of TQM. It showed that TQM is a strategic tool industry can employ in the quest to remain competitive. It was also discovered that for the TQM to be properly implemented, everybody in the organization must be involved from the management to the employees and even the customers.

Abstract: The research reveals the harmonization of discourse struggle in a traditional village in Bali; to be precise in the Pakraman (tradition) village of Pakuseba, Taro village District of Tegallalang Regency of Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia. It is considered to be unique because generally, Pakraman (tradition) village in Bali bound by a spiritual guidance, that is the Hindu spiritual guidance; whereas Pakraman Pakuseba has two spiritual guidance, so it tends to produce a discourse struggle. Studied through three critical theories (theory of hegemony, theory of discourse, and theory of deconstruction).
