Abstract: Purpose of current paper is to evaluate the quality of life of those children with congenital heart diseases (CHDs), we intended to review the evidence from different population and healthcare worldwide. A search was conducted in Pubmed and Scielo databases for studies that discussing children with congenital heart diseases (CHDs) published up to 2017. We have used the Mesh terms: "quality of life", "congenital heart disease", "children". Overall, children with cardiovascular disease viewed lower quality of life than healthy kids throughout all age groups. As perceived by moms and dads, total quality of life was not substantially various in children with cardiovascular disease, however kids with more extreme cardiovascular disease have worse physical and also psychosocial lifestyle. Abstract: The main goal of our review was to discuss the roles of family physicians in management of Gastrointestinal (GI) diseases, we intended to review the management of the most common malignant and benign GI disorders. Literature review was performed using biomedical databases; Medline, and Embase, and Google scholar. We search English published studies concerning management of Gastrointestinal (GI) diseases in family practice up to August, 2017. It is well known that GI conditions prevail as a whole practice, as well as the PCP has a central function in the medical diagnosis and also the management of those issues in the primary care setting. Although nationwide as well as worldwide proper evidence-based criteria are available, a significant variety of PCPs does not consistently follow them. This evaluation shows a wide range of understanding and application of guidelines worrying GI disorders amongst PCPs worldwide. Management of GERD could include a way of living modification, clinical therapy and also medical treatment. Abstract: The aim of this review, was to summarize and assess the efficiency and safety of relevant evidence on different contraceptive methods and to emphasize the most suitable contraception method for different populations. We reviewed most articles related to our topic using electronic databases; PubMed/Medline, and Embase up to date we searched studies concerning the efficacy, safety of different types of contraceptive. We included randomized controlled trials, controlled clinical trials and reviews published. Restriction published to English language with human subject. Intrauterine system is an extremely effective, risk-free as well as reversible form of lasting yet relatively easy to fix contraception. Because its efficacy, it is a safer option to irreversible contraceptive methods such as sterilization. It is particularly useful in scenarios where use estrogen-containing birth controls is contraindicated. Attempting another oral solution could be useful, in some cases an adjustment to an additional kind of birth control could be ideal. This includes a progestogen-only approach, such as the contraceptive oral implant intrauterine system, or the non-hormonal copper intrauterine device. These long-acting reversible contraceptive methods are far more reliable at protecting against unexpected pregnancy compared to the pill. They should be discussed with all ladies asking for contraception, specifically those who cannot take the pill as a result of unfavorable effects or determined threat elements or who locate it difficult to remember to take the pill daily. The combined oral contraceptive pill is not suggested during lactation as it may influence breast milk quantity.

Abstract: Glioma or Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most typical primary malignant brain tumor, comprising 16% of all main brain and main nervous system neoplasms, Current neurosurgical innovations aim to enhance our structural, functional and physiologic understanding of the surgical area of interest in order to prevent possible neurological morbidity throughout resection.

Objective: Current review was conducted to overview the surgical procedures of gliomas resection management, we intended to highlight some different approaches for different gliomas and different locations of the brain, also to discuss the outcomes of resection procedures as management method.

Methodology: Literature search was conducted by using electronic databases such; Medline (Pub Med), and Embase for relevant articles concerning Gliomas and surgical management. This review was carried on August 2017.

Conclusion: Gliomas are open to an aggressive surgical approach.  though Glioblastoma is not a disease that can be treated with surgical treatment alone, however securely carried out optimum surgical resection is shown to considerably increase development overall and free survival while making the most of quality of life. there is growing evidence favoring substantial surgical resection and increasing interest in the function of chemotherapy total elimination can boost survival, improve the patient's lifestyle, and use a favorable long-lasting diagnosis.

Abstract: Current review was conducted to discuss and highlight the most important screening method methods and management of PAD by family physicians, strategies and roles of family doctors in preventing the PAD through early screening will be emphasize in this review. Comprehensive search was performed using medical databases included PubMed, Cochrane, EMBASE, Scopus, searching articles with concerned subject as our review purpose which is the proper screening and management methods for PAD in family practice. The search was carried out in August 2017.

Numerous studies recommended that measuring ABI is not essential in patients aged 50 - 70 years if they just have one danger consider family medicine, with the exception of patients with diabetes and those who smoke. In contrast, determining ABI appears to be helpful for patients with several danger aspects for PAD, although extra research studies are required. Likewise, diagnostic technologies such as color duplex imaging, and MRA match the medical evaluation of PAD and supply a stronger structure for treatment decisions in the primary care setting.

Electronic databases as; Medline and Embase were searched to find relevant studies to our concerned topic which were published up to August,2017. The definitive technique of safeguarding the airway of patients in the crash and also emergency department involves positioning of a cuffed endotracheal tube. In many research studies in emergency situation department showing, emergency intubation has a high and also enhancing success rate.
