Abstract: Creativity and innovation in any organization are vital to its successful performance. The authors review the rapidly growing body of research in this area with particular attention to the period 2002 to 2013, inclusive. Conceiving of both creativity and innovation as being integral parts of essentially the same process, we propose a new, integrative definition. We note that research into creativity has typically examined the stage of idea generation, whereas innovation studies have commonly also included the latter phase of idea implementation. The authors dis-cuss several seminal theories of creativity and innovation and then apply a comprehensive levels of-analysis framework to review extant research into individual, team, organizational, and multilevel innovation. Key measurement characteristics of the reviewed studies are then noted. In conclusion, we propose a guiding framework for future research comprising 11 major themes and 60 specific questions for future studies.

Abstract: Current study puts light on the role of service quality, customer satisfaction and customer value on customer loyalty. Customer relationship management (CRM) quality plays the role of a mediator and brand image as a moderator in the study. The purpose of this study is to examine how service quality, customer satisfaction and customer value affect customer loyalty. Analyses of a sample of 380 customers, collected from different frozen food restaurants from Multan city, explored interesting findings. Regression analysis is used to conduct a mediation study. Service quality, customer satisfaction and customer value were found significant in predicting customer loyalty also CRM quality found significant in predicting customer loyalty being having a positive relation. Further to this, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer value found directly related to CRM quality. Product category wise examination of the model in this study adds new horizons and findings in the future. Previous studies on customer loyalty have mainly focused on simple models at any given time. However, researchers increasingly claim that a complex model may give the better understanding of customer loyalty. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is a unique study to address a complex structure of the proposed variables.

Abstract: Since the 1980s, the benefits of a strong organisational culture are well documented: greater loyalty, greater motivation, more cooperation, and more innovation. However, most case studies come from the corporate sector.  Few focus on how organisational culture is formed in the higher education sector, and even fewer in the Indian higher education sector. This ethnography explores five steps of forming organisational culture, based on six months of participant observation.

Abstract: The Banking industry is one of the key industries which support infrastructure and economic development of a Country. The main aim of the study was to find out the influence of financial information sharing systems integrity on non-performing loans among commercial banks in Nairobi, Kenya. The quantitative data collected was analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS version 22). Correlation analysis and multiple linear regression models were used in measuring the variable in this model. The findings showed that, financial information sharing integrity reduced non-performing loans. The study therefore recommends that bank credit information accessed should contain all the Credit information.

Abstract: As a result of globalization, benchmarking strategies in sustainable competitive advantage are continuously being replicated eliminating the aspect of uniqueness, imitability and rarity. The purpose of the study was to investigate how thirteen private hospitals in Mombasa County in Kenya accredited to the National Hospital Insurance Fund managed to sustain themselves with the costs of medical services tremendously rising. The theoretical framework was based on the resource based, market based and capability based views. The researcher highlighted the cost leadership strategy and used the descriptive research design. A purposeful census cross-sectional sampling of thirty nine managers who took part in strategy formulation and implementation was issued with a questionnaire that used survey technique for data collection. It was found that hospitals’ sustainable competitive advantage related positively with cost leadership influencing the level of competitive advantage. The study found that private hospitals in conjunction with insurance firms and non-governmental organizations had managed to retain customers through the reduction of costs, some subsidies, bill waivers and the use of generic drugs in treatment. The findings further revealed that a positive and significant relationship between cost leadership and sustainable competitive advantage contributed significantly to survival in the health sector. Private hospitals that provided services at low cost enabled them to attract more customers therefore increasing revenues.

Abstract: Many researchers have worked on traditional Markowitz model and Sharpe’s Single Index model individually to analyze the returns, but very less attempts have been made to examine the efficiency of returns obtained by comparing these two models individually. The current study is to identify the level of deviation in returns by comparing these two models and to check if the results obtained are constant or not. The measurement of beta will help the investor to quantify the systematic risk and unsystematic risk associated with the particular investment.

This study is conducted on the stocks which are listed is S&P BSE SENSEX (Automobile, banking and pharmaceuticals sectors) are taken. The study is undertaken for a period of 6 years starting from 1st January 2011 till 31st December 2016 where yearly closing balance are taken for the purpose of computation of risk and return.

Abstract: This research was set to establish the effect of Participatory Decision Making on Employee Satisfaction in Parastatals Mombasa County. The purpose of this study was to help organizations identify participatory decision-making methods they can use that will have a positive impact on the feelings that their employees have about their organizations. The general objectives of this research were to determine the effect of job autonomy, employee empowerment and transformational leadership on employee satisfaction among Parastatals in Mombasa County. A total of 74 employees were sampled from a total of 37 Parastatals. To assess the effect of PDM on employee satisfaction, questionnaires were used to collect primary data. A pilot test was conducted to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data was then be analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the hypothesis and the relationship between PDM and employee satisfaction was determined using regression analysis. The findings showed that job autonomy had an average positive relationship with employee satisfaction while transformational leadership and employee empowerment had a strong positive relationship with employee satisfaction.

Abstract: The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of training as a Knowledge Management Strategy on the Implementation of the Organizations Strategic Vision.  KM is a crucial aspect of any progressive business in today’s world. The study adopted a cross-sectional research design. The research was done in Nairobi in organizations that have adapted the OPI Business Model of KIM. The target population was 30 organizations that have adapted the OPI business model from KIM. Purposive sampling technique was used so that the researcher can capture the characteristics, experiences, attitudes and perception of these unique cohorts. Questionnaires were used to collect quantitative and qualitative data to examine the variables so as to detect patterns of association. The finding of the study revealed that training positively affected implementation of strategic vision. The study concluded that adoption of effective strategic vision implementation process has an effect in the success of the vision set as well as institution. It is also important that the institution explore the need to adopt participation strategic vision implementation process where all the employees through their section heads, present their views, which are then considered by the strategic vision implementation committee.

Abstract: With China's accession to the World Trade Organization, the implementation of principles of Transparency has brought a historical opportunity of deepening Chinese economic reform and development, as well as legislative and judicial reform. In the first step, the implementation of transparency led to substantial reform in China's legal system when all level of governments require to publish regulations, rules or measures concerning major basic obligations of the WTO, as well as, to  disclose information for public. In second step, the implementation of transparency promotes the development of democracy and the rule of law in China, especially in creating independent tribunals, catalysing China's legislative reform, enhancement of uniformity and impartiality in the enforcement of law. One of effective reform in this step is the conversion of the functions of the Chinese government from a large and all-powerful government to a smaller government with more limited power. This article try to analysis the effect of China's accession to the WTO based on the implementation of principle of transparency.

Abstract: The specific performance has been recognized in new China Contract Law. Actually, China Contract Law recognized three forms of remedies for aggrieved party, namely, damage, remedial measures and specific performance. However, it should be noted that Article 110 of China Contract Law provided some limitations for awarding specific performance by court, namely, the performance to be impossible in law or in fact, or the cost of performance to be so excessive, as well as, the aggrieved party does not require for implementation of specific performance within a reasonable time. This Article attempt to analysis the legal limitations of Chinese courts to award specific performance to the aggrieved party in result of contractual obligations and with regard to provision of Article 28 of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Abstract: Current study examined factors affecting to farmers loan repayment ability in North Central Province. While dependent variable was loan repayment and independent variables were information about income, information about loan amount, background investigation, time taken to lend money and information about guarantee. The collected data were analyzed by using reliability test, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result was generated from answers taken from 125 randomly selected borrowers in North Central Province area and data were analyzed through SPSS software. According to regression result of the performing loan holder sample which shows that information about guarantee significantly affect to the loan repayment. Total sample of this study reflect that background investigation and information about guarantee have significant effect on loan repayment and there is no significant effect of information about income, information about loan amount and time taken to lend money on loan repayment. Finally this study concluded that background investigation and information about guarantee are the factors which significantly affect for the loan repayment.

Abstract: Beer tourism is a growing dimension of culinary or food tourism. Although Silvassa is traditionally associated with rural tourism the territory is enjoying the development of beer tourism, in particular associated with the expansion of good quality material earmarked for sale in the territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. Against this background the paper situates the emergence of Silvassan beer tourism as part of the wider international growth of beer tourism. An analysis is presented of key trends in research on beer tourism, including of policy-related issues. It is argued that whilst lessons may be learned from the experience of wine tourism that there is a need for expanding the amount of beer tourism specific scholarship. In particular, there is a significant agenda for tourism scholars around the relationships between the burgeoning of craft beer and of incipient forms of craft beer tourism. This agenda includes the need to profile beer tourists, understand the participation of breweries in beer tourism, the importance of neo-localism for the craft beer industry in Silvassa, and evaluate the impacts of beer tourism initiatives for local economic development.

Abstract: Bali's development policy is to develop agriculture, tourism and processing industries to increase the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) supported by good and sustainable social life. Some data show that the tourism sector is growing rapidly leaving two other sectors, there are inequalities between recipient groups and regional inequality. From the description, the research problem problem (1) how the influence of the performance of agriculture sector, the performance of the tourism sector and the performance of the processing industries sector to the economic performance, and (2) how the economic performance, the performance of the agricultural sector, the performance of the tourism sector and the performance of the processing industries sector towards the regional development performance.

This study, which uses secondary data panels from 9 districts / cities in Bali during 2001-2013 with PLS analysis. aims to analyze the influence of each sector on economic performance and regional development performance. The results of the discussion concluded that the performance of agriculture sector is not significant while the performance of the tourism sector and the processing industry sector significantly influence the economic performance. Furthermore, the performance of the economy, the performance of the tourism sector and the performance of the processing industry sector have a significant effect, while the performance of agriculture sector is not significant to the performance of Balinese regional development.

Suggestion given to the District / City Government and Provincial Government (1) continue the three sector development policy with more consistent implementation, (2) intensify the development of agriculture (3) equalize tourism development. Researchers are encouraged to conduct research on (1) low agricultural performance, (2) carrying capacity of each sector in each district / city, (3) integrated and sustainable development of three sectors model.
