Abstract: This paper intends to address the status of supply chain quality in the Bangalore city fruit & vegetables sector and addresses the need and value of an effective supply chain in this industry. The inefficiency of the fruit and vegetables supply chain industry is described by this paper as one of the major business problems in India's agricultural sector. Usually the literatures focuses on the Fruits and Vegetables general supply chain and ignores the supply chain efficiency perspective.

Abstract:  The development of globalization which is increasingly comprehensive in various parts of the world that affects the technological progress. This situation has an impact on community activities that are often supported by information technology itself that is able to facilitate all activities carried out by humans. The development of technology has an impact on the intense competition of companies or manufacturers to create and retain loyal customers, one of which is competition between brands of smartphones or smartphones.

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of brand trust in mediating the relationship of brand image with brand loyalty. The study was conducted in the city of Denpasar with a total sample of 100 respondents of Samsung smartphone customers who have made repeat purchases (at least 2 times the purchase) of the product. The sample is determined using a non-probability sampling model, with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and multiple test. The results showed that. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, brand image has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand trust has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty.

The company is expected to do promotions in the future, in order to increase the social class of users in the eyes of the community, foster a level of consumer confidence in the security features of Samsung products, as well as evaluate products before the goods are distributed to the public, and create reward programs for customers who are willing to repurchase and recommend.

Abstract: This study examines factors that significantly affect the use of contemporary accounting information systems by industrial companies in Jordan. These factors were the specific characteristics of accounting information. This study adopted a conclusion approach to reaching its objectives. Provides a theoretical framework for building hypotheses. Hypotheses were tested to see which results could then be generalized. Thirty participants from different industrial companies in Jordan participated in the study. After reviewing several relevant studies, a five-point Likert scale questionnaire was designed to collect the required data, which was analyzed using SPSS.

Abstract: Packaging plays a significant role in the supply chain management. Packaging does not simply mean a cardboard box or a carton, the packaging trends are changing rapidly according to the trends. The most important functions of packaging involves safeguard the products from the external environment, makes a flexible distribution and makes the available from the supplier to the consumer with perfection. Currently, the functions of the packaging are heightened because of the prevailing trend of “conscious buying” among the consumers. Packaging paved the way for creating brand image for the product also, the first moment of truth can be achieved by the packaging itself. Before even trying the product, packaging makes the communication between the product and the consumers. To achieve an effective supply chain management, packaging technologies need to be linked with marketing, distribution, manufacturing and environmental aspects. This paper deals with the importance of packaging in the supply chain management and also the evolving trends of packaging in the market place. Abstract: Green Supply Chain is a practice adopted by organizations to become sustainable from the source till the product is delivered to the customer. The objective of the study is to determine the practices adopted by the textile industry to implement green supply chain as well as the barriers to it. The paper also aims at finding out the effectiveness of the green supply chain practices adopted the companies. For the purpose of the study, responses were collected from 10 textile oriented businesses in India. The study concludes that recycling of returned products or scrap material, Reduce energy consumption in manufacturing and buildings, and Eliminate/Reduce or re-purpose manufacturing waste are some of the practices adopted by companies to implement green supply chain and the challenges faced by most of the organizations are high cost of environment friendly packaging and High cost of production of green products. The organizations post the implementation of green supply chain practices experience effectiveness in the organization in the form of drastic reduction in customer complaints, an improvement in the brand loyalty and corporate advantage for the firm.

Abstract: Research on sustainable supply chain management has attracted more exposure in recent times. Even though SSCM has indeed been examined in both developed and developing countries, there's been little data on the implementation of SSCM procedures in India. This paper presents the insights about sustainable procurement methods and implementation followed by companies in Bangalore.  Results showed that there has been a positive effect on implementing sustainable procurement in companies which minimised cost in production and distribution. There was also positive effect on environmental policies adopted by companies in sustainable procurement. This paper concludes by indicating further scope and research in this area.

This study adopted the deductive approach to reach its goals. It provides a theoretical framework for building hypotheses. The hypotheses were tested for results that could then be generalized. In this study, 40 managers from different industrial companies in Jordan participated. After reviewing several related studies, a five-point Likert scale questionnaire was designed to collect the required data, which was then analyzed using SPSS.

Abstract: Most of the people are aware about the issues faced by multinational companies when they expand their business into new countries. International business requires people from different culture to communicate with each other across national boundaries in order to improvise and better understand different cultures. The popular failures include the conversion of company tag lines into the subsidiary country’s language causing huge mistake in the translation. This simple, yet important example shows how different element of cultures of different places plays a significant role in planning out the marketing strategy for that place. The success or failure of the business depends on the customers. Customers make their judgement based on their sense of values imbibed in them since ages. If a company can succeed in convincing the customer that their product is the one, then the company can sustain in the market for a long time. Abstract:  Human resources are a very important element in running a company. Even in today's digital era, the role of humans is irreplaceable. Humans, in an organization carry out their functions both as leaders and employees. This study aims to explain the influence of transactional leadership style, motivation, and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior at PT. FIF.

This research was conducted at PT. FIF having its address at Jalan Mahendradata No. 701, Denpasar. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and the samples used in this study were 53 people. The determination of the sample of this study uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken is saturation sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS).

The results of this study indicate that the transactional leadership style, motivation, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to companies to increase the average level of transactional leadership style, motivation and organizational commitment, the company PT.FIF Denpasar is expected to increase trust, with leaders and employees participating in consultations on problems faced by the company.

Abstract: Stock returns are rewards given by companies to investors who have invested their capital. High or low of the stock returns are influenced by CR, DER, ROE, and interest rates. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CR, DER, ROE, and interest rates on stock returns. This research was conducted on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The method used is purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study were 188 observations. Based on the results of the analysis, that CR and ROE negatively affect stock returns, DER and interest rates have a positive effect on stock returns.

Abstract: This research aims to; (1) knowing how the application of MARPOL (Marine Pollution) annex 1 regulation 17 on the ship, (2) knowing how the application of SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) Chapter II-I Part C Regulation 35-1 on the ship and (3) knowing understanding owned by the crew of the rules of MARPOL and SOLAS. The method used in this study is Action Research, which is a form of self-reflection research conducted by participants in social situations (including education) to improve their own practice. The data obtained is the result of monitoring the waste treatment system contained in ships that dock at 3 (three) major ports and have received permission from KSOP at the local port, namely Tanjung Periuk Port in Jakarta, Tanjung Perak Port in Surabaya, and Port Soekarna Hatta in Makassar. Research results show that; (1) From the percentage of conformity of the evaluation criteria and the actual conditions on the ship, it can be concluded that there is only I (one) ship that complies with the SOLAS (Safety Of Life At Sea) Chapter II-I Part C Regulation 35-I, namely the MV. Meratus Jayapura. (2) From the percentage of conformity of the evaluation criteria and the actual conditions on the ship, it can be concluded that there is only I (one) vessel that is in compliance with MARPOL (Marine Pollution) Annex 1 of Regulation 17, namely the MV. Meratus Jayapura. (3) In order to preserve the maritime environment, it is necessary to provide understanding to all crew members before they work, namely by socializing or training which essentially provides provisions to the crew about the importance of protecting the maritime environment also while on the ship an understanding of MARPOL and SOLAS must continue at convey both visually and orally so that they continue to care about the maritime environment.

Abstract: Purchase decisions on a product is a consumer behavior that is very important for the company so that its products become the main choice for consumers. A person's decision to designate a decision to buy an item or product is closely related to the perception of the price of the product. Price is not the only factor that can determine consumer purchase decisions, but brand image is also one factor that can be used in the decision making process of consumer purchases. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of brand image in mediating the effect of price on purchase decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of associative, this research was conducted in Denpasar City using 120 respondents, using the saturated sample method, collected through a questionnaire using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, path analysis and sobel test.

The results showed that brand image had a positive effect on consumer purchase intentions. When a brand has a strong and positive image in the minds of consumers, the brand will always be remembered and the possibility of consumers to buy the brand in question is very large. The price of a product is very significant and positive influence on purchase decisions. This can be seen from the price of a product that has a very significant and positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image acts as a mediating variable between the variable price and purchase decisions. Research on the Vespa Piaggio Type Sprint I-Get 150 cc motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales because it has a fairly expensive price can be strengthened by the presence of a good brand image of the Vespa Piaggio Type Sprint I-Get 150 cc motorcycle to increase purchase intentions and influence purchases consumer decisions. The results of this study are expected to be an additional reference to strengthen the results of studies related to variable prices, brand image, and purchase decisions and products of the Vespa Piaggio Type Sprint I-Get 150 cc motorcycle can always maintain and be able to improve good marketing strategies.

Abstract:  Performance is behavior that is displayed as a work achievement in accordance with their role in the company. Companies need to pay attention to factors that can affect employee performance to achieve company’s goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The study was conducted on PT. Charoen Pokphand Bali with 50 employees as samples using the saturated sample method. Data was collected by interviews and questionnaires. Path analysis and multiple test were used. Based on the results, empowerment and job satisfaction have  positive and significant effect on employee performance.. Empowerment can indirectly affect employee performance through job satisfaction as mediating variable. The implication of this research is that companies need to give encouragement to individuals so that they are enthusiastic in working so that they are satisfied working in the company and increasing their contribution to organizational success.
