Abstract: The paper deals in obliterating the obstacles that stand in the way of one’s understanding about what ambush marketing is and entails a brief of some paragons regarding the same. It would do well for those in the marketing business to comprehend what undergoes the phenomenon of ambush marketing and how it can ethically be used, although it’s use at all is debatable in some cases which will be discussed in the subsequent paragraphs of the concerned paper. A company that doesn’t have as much revenue to spend on marketing as its competitors do, can implement such a tactic to escalate its sales. Also, the phenomenon has been used by several big brands even though they have no shortage of resources to market themselves proving that the strategy is of value and the knowledge of which can prove to be helpful for those dealing in the business world.

Abstract: This paper sought to examine the influence of compensation diversity on employee turnover in the Insurance industry in Kenya. Increased employee turnover has continually affected the effectiveness and continued performance of insurance organizations in Kenya. The increased costs of recruiting and training new employees as well as losing the best talents to the competitors negatively affect the performance of insurance organizations. This paper unveils the role played by compensation variations on the employee turnover in insurance companies. The study adopted the descriptive research design which used both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The philosophy of the study that was adopted was the positivism approach. The target population was 2,167 employees of the top five performing insurance companies in Kenya. Multi-stage sampling technique was adopted: purposive random sampling was used in the first stage, to identify the top five performing insurance companies. In the second stage, stratified random sampling was used to come up with a sample size of employees in the top five companies. The sample size comprised of 338 employees. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire for employees that had both open-ended and close-ended questions. An interview guide for human resource managers was used too. Hypotheses were tested using regression model. The study established that Compensation Variations had a significant and positive influence on employee turnover among insurance companies in Kenya. Conversely, the study established that firm characteristics had an insignificant and negative moderating effect on the relationship between compensation variations and employee turnover. The study concluded that compensation variations created a gap within the organizations thus leading to increased employee turnover hence the recommendation that the management of the insurance companies ought to adopt better ways of balancing their salaries and benefits as so as to reduce employee turnover.

Abstract: Indian Banking Sector has been facing several issues regarding the increasing level of Non-performing assets (NPA). Non- performing assets is one of the major concerns for commercial banks in India.  It is a serious concern for the liquidity of the banks. It can destroy the financial positions of the banks and it has the potential to harm the investor also. In India, public sector banks and private sector banks, both are facing this serious problem of NPA. The objective of our study is to find out the causes and impact of NPAs in Indian Banking Sector. This paper focuses on secondary based data of NPA where Gross NPA of Public and Private Sector has been compared during 2009-10 to 2018-19. Besides these objectives, it also focuses on the performance of recovery mechanism of NPA in Indian Banking Sector during 2007-08 to 2018-19.

Abstract: Over the years, many corporate companies’ marketing strategies have been oriented towards brand globalization, which included strategies like promoting, integrating and selling their standardized, uniform products and services across the global markets. However, in recent days, international brands are fronting new challenges, one of them being to adapt to the conditions like socio-cultural factors and consumers needs within a specific market, to conduct marketing activities based on product particularisation in order to create a connection between the brand and consumers from different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds, thus changing their perspective from, global to local (leading to the―glocal approach). In this paper, the author tries to conceptualise Glocalization of global brands using some of the marketing strategies that some of the global brands have adopted. Thus, the researcher tries to show how adopting a glocal strategy can lead to brand equity increase, as well as sales growth.

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship between (transformational leadership and transactional leadership) organizational performance of workers. It also aimed to examine the impact of the mediator (organizational commitment) on (transformational leadership and transactional leadership. The study population included workers from the Public Telecommunication Corporation, located in Sana'a, Yemen. The researcher used Raosoft to determine the required sample; the sample size was (365), which was randomly selected; and the questionnaire was to distribute to 365 workers, from which 262 were retrieved. The study reached the following results. There is no relationship between work Transformational leadership and Organizational Performance.  There is a strong relationship between work Transactional leadership and Organizational Performance. There is a strong relationship between work Transformational leadership and Organizational Commitment. There is a relationship between work Transactional leadership and Organizational Commitment in telecommunication companies in Yemen. However, there is a relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Performance in telecommunication companies in Yemen. In addition, the influence of Transactional leadership and Transformational leadership on Organizational Performance is mediated by Organizational Commitment in telecommunication companies in Yemen. The study reached multiple recommendations, the most important of which are: In the future, researchers should expand their studies to include employees in private organizations. Researchers should include new variable that may have an impact on employees' performance in Yemen, such as job security, work flexibility, job defense, Researchers should conduct a study using the same variable of the current study but after the war ends in Yemen in order to compare between employees' performance during and after war in organizations.

Abstract: Small & medium enterprises (SMEs) are very important and play great role in Oman economy. The SME sector has shown an incredible growing in the past few years in Oman and yet there is potential for more growing and improvement. However, SMEs contribution to the national economy is still relatively small. Moreover, limited research conducted on SMEs in Oman. This study aimed to highlight the current challenges faced in the SME sector in Oman based on the previous literature review in order to identify the current gaps and overcome the current obstacles. In spite of this, SMEs are still facing heaps of challenges and obstacles that deter them from further expanding their businesses and sustainable growth. Different challenges were highlighted related to different points of view such as social responsibilities in SMEs and women entrepreneurs.

Abstract: Customer satisfaction is a significant factor for measuring the loyalty of the brand, but this relationship sometimes has mostly been studied separately.

Many variables like brand image, price fairness, repurchase, brand trust, product and service quality, innovation, and income affect the loyalty towards the brand. Brand experience affects the satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of the customers. It helps to build long term relationships of the company with its customers. 

The primary data is used in this study and for this purpose survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire. The sample size is too small. The view of 50 people is recorded. Samples can be taken through an online questionnaire. Samples can be taken of students, professionals, businessman who resides in Delhi. The study shows the relationship between customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

It has been concluded that the loyalty of customers can be affected by various variables like quality, price fairness, satisfaction level, etc.

In this report, the sample test is used. There are 47 individuals from the 18-30 age group, 2 from 31-40 and 1 from 41-50. We have a sample of 52% of females and 48% males. Approximately, 86% are loyal to a specific brand and 14% are not loyal.

Loyalty has been considered the group factor which has been compared with many variables like price fairness, income, advertisements, quality, and satisfaction. In this research, Advertisements and income level of customers affect the loyalty of customers towards their brand.

Its application ranges from construction to healthcare systems, and investment banks to aviation industries. A variety of scholars and analysts have recorded different buyer-supplier partnership models, as well as product selection and appraisal approaches. This paper discusses the value of strategic supplier collaboration in supply chain management in the manufacturing industry in India, in association with product quality production  and business performance No wonder, product quality efficiency and market results are becoming critical factors in signaling corporations ' longevity and competitive advantage in today's demanding business environment. Abstract: Security analysis is the analysis of traceable financial instruments called securities. These can be classified into debt securities, equities, or some hybrid of the two. More broadly, futures contracts and traceable credit derivatives are sometimes included. Security analysis is typically divided into fundamental analysis, which relies upon the examination of fundamental business factors such as financial statements, and technical analysis, which focuses upon price trends and momentum. Quantitative analysis may use indicators from both areas. Investment in stock market is common scenario for making capital gains. One of the major concerns of today’s investor’s is regarding choosing the right securities for investment, because selection of inappropriate securities may lead to losses being suffered by the investor. In order to reduce the risk of incurring losses and increase the return many tools are available, of which RSI is a powerful analytical tool which will help the investor choose the right combination of securities for their portfolio construction thus reducing the risk and increasing the return. The relative strength index (RSI) is one of the best known widely used technical analysis indicators. The study is aim to empirically test the functioning of RSI in its classic form asset of data and to reconfigure the indicator by also taking in to account of the trading volume in its calculation formula. After adjusting the RSI with the trade volume the study will test a set of data. The study intended to analyze whether higher yields can be obtained by using RSI compared to those which result from applying the buy and hold the strategy.

Abstract: Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has become the driving force behind a sustainable strategy. Both the academy and industry have gained increasing attention to this issue to make the industry competitive. With the ever-increasing demand for the reduction of carbon footprints and greenhouse gas emissions, there is a need to study the various parameters and drivers of sustainable development, particularly in the area of supply chain management. The study proposes that the main drivers of GSCM include environmental policy and green human resource management by providing them with training on sustainability practices. Also, the sustainability criteria in the selection of suppliers, which have been found to enhance sustainability outcomes, are another key driver.

These climate changes have had a huge impact on the fish suppliers and fish industry as a whole causing significant changes in factors like demand supply ratio, inventory management, sourcing, quality and transportation of fish as a product. As the suppliers are dependent on the fishermen, the climate change is affecting both the parties in a significant manner.

The study aims to analyse the impact of climate change on fish suppliers and industry in Karnataka and various changes that have taken place in the key supply chain operations such as sourcing, distribution, stocking and transportation through a case study method in order to get an in-depth descriptive knowledge of the scenario.

Abstract: Big data research can contribute by developing graphical analysis and simulation methods to offer a new viewpoint. The emphasis of this study is on supply chain management and how Big Data Analytics allow suppliers to analyze their knowledge, approaches and skills in applying Big Data Analytics effectively and evaluate the tools required to achieve these targets, including their performance achievements and implementation results. A sample survey used as a data collection tool was a research method used in the quantitative study. It included closed, nominally and ordinally measured questions. A total of 205 administrators have responded to this research in clear and practical words. The data collected were evaluated using probability tables, contingency tables and principal variable analyses with (SSPSS). The major contributions of this research emphasize that companies need to rigorously explore new statistical methods, tools and approaches, like cloud computing and security technology.

Abstract: With a potential of more than Rs 500 billion, the fast-moving consumer goods industry (FMCG) is the fourth largest sector in the economy. In addition, the FMCG market covers a wide range of consumer products commonly bought, including soaps, milk products, chocolate, soft beverages, berries, vegetables and batteries. Generally, FMCG goods have small amounts, but big quantities. The study focuses on retailers in Kerala and to measure the effectiveness of the supply chain and to find the problems faced by them. The main issue with the retailers is that, Opportunistic Games played by the Distribution Channel and counterfeit goods. The timely delivery of the product to the rural area is another issue faced by them.
