Abstract: Apart from political all-weather alliance between India and Afghanistan, this study ascertains and finds out the Indians’ perception of Afghanistan, for which the required data has been randomly collected in North India using probability sampling technique.  The obtained data shows that the perception of Indians in whole has changed as compared to erstwhile and slots at average when it comes to the overall image of Afghanistan i.e. in terms of development, freedom to girls, education system, and economy, whereas about the war and terrorism in Afghanistan still many Indians think that war is going on in Afghanistan and the term “terrorism” is still connoted with Afghanistan. research work has limitations in terms of presenting the data limited to a specific population which is taken as a sample size, and does not represent the perception of Indians throughout India. The study further concludes that the perceptions of Indians about Afghanistan slots at average and somewhat below average, therefore, it suggests some disciplinary recommendations that need to be considered by both Indians and Afghans in order to clear up the cynicism and provide platforms for portraying the positive images of India and Afghanistan in the minds of both the nations so as to enhance the bilateral relationship.

Conducting this research of joiner’s tour gives a different perspective on tour packages. What is the difference in joining between travel agency and freelance tour organizers. It also shows the reasons why they choose between travel agency and freelance tour organizer. In line with these researchers are using semi-structured questionnaires to the interviewee so that they can have a deeper conversation about the said topic that can help the researcher to know further about the joiner’s tour. This research aims to help the tourism industry and other stakeholders for the growth of this Industry and acknowledge this new concept of tour in the country.

Abstract: Nowadays, the economic growth in Indonesia cannot be separated from the important role of financial institutions. Financial institutions not only affect people's daily lives, but also involve the flow of large amounts of money through the economy. The current millennial era, supported by rapid technological advancements, can make it easier for entrepreneurs to run their businesses, including the financial services industry, which is also experiencing rapid growth. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ethical sales behavior, trust, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research uses quantitative data types that are analyzed associatively. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires to BPR Sri Partha Bank customers who are domiciled in Denpasar City. The data analysis tool used is PLS ver. 3.0. The results of this study indicate that ethical sales behavior has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, trust, and customer satisfaction. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The practical implication of this research is that this research can be used as a model for evaluating strategies on BPR Sri Partha Bali on ethical sales behavior, trust, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The theoretical implication of this research is that this research can complement marketing literature and add new knowledge about evaluating the effect of a variable on other variables based on the strength of the value of the four variable relationship model in the financial industry in BPR Bank Sri Partha Bali and strengthen previous research.

Abstract: The tourism industry is wide service industry, it involves many service-oriented groups of people for it to operate functionally. One of these service-oriented group of people is the tour guides, which play a huge role in the tourism industry since they provide the tourist with a much clearer and bigger picture of a destination and its services. This study examines the factors that affects the service quality of tour guides. This study can fill in gaps for research about effectiveness of tour guides that is not just based on the customer’s point of view but also to the tour guides themselves. SERVQUAL method five dimensions; reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness, was used to examine the tour guides' challenges encountered during a tour. This is a qualitative study wherein purposive sampling was used to determine respondents and data was collected through semi-structured interview. After conducting interviews, the findings suggest that most of the challenges encounter by the guides are language barrier, safety and security of the tourists, lack of guest profiling, cultural differences and failure of guides to provide the promised service. In conclusion, tour guides should focus on their professional competence skill, enhancement of knowledge of the destination and its culture. Guides must be trained with an emphasis on serving clients well.

Abstract: This study was conducted to propose a new marketing strategy in Fudafari Food Park Bacoor, Cavite for them to improve their strategy on how the tenants will market their product to customers. This study is determined by age and gender demographic profiles and its relationship to the marketing strategy of the food park. The study also assessed the marketing strategies of the tenants of the food park wherein the researchers used 10 Ps marketing mix such as Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Packaging, People, Physical evidence, Processes, Picture and Persistence and applied mix type of research which involves both quantitative specifically descriptive type of research and qualitative specifically analysis research. In line with this, the researchers used survey questionnaire with a non-probability sampling specifically quota sampling and convenience sampling. The study used descriptive statistics, mean, analysis of variance and chi-square as statistical treatment for the data gathered. The study showed that among the two demographic profiles of the respondents only the age is found to be significantly related to the marketing strategy.

Abstract: Given the appropriate setting and aid, disabled persons can perform various jobs satisfactorily. However, their right to have a decent work is often overlooked and ignored. This study aims to determine how the respondents assess the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons; develop an advocacy and resource material to promote the rights and privileges of Disabled Persons in terms of employment and bridge the gap between them and possible employers. Using qualitative research method specifically narrative analysis and expert sampling as sampling technique, researchers conducted a personal interview to collate data from five (5) experts of four (4) different food establishments. An interview guide questionnaire derived from the Magna Carta for Disabled person and approved by thesis adviser was used for this study. The data gathered from the interview were recorded, transcribed, coded and analyzed by the researchers and validated by the research adviser. Based on the findings, majority of the hired PWD employees of chosen establishments were hired through personal recommendations alone and do no undergo intricate examinations.  Sheltered employment and continuous apprenticeship are willingly offered to Disabled Persons if an open employment is not guaranteed in the establishment and even after failing the initial apprenticeship period. The discrimination on the employment of PWD is very minimal to almost nonexistent. Unfortunately, despite the inclusion and considerations, the government still lacks on effort in implementing the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons specifically in providing incentives to firms which provide employment opportunities to PWDs.

Abstract: The study was carried-out to examine the effectiveness of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in combating tax evasion in Nigeria (case study of Akwa Ibom State board of internal revenue). The related literatures were reviewed. The population of study comprises the total revenue before TIN (TRBT), total revenue after TIN (TRAT), internally generated revenue before TIN (IGRBT) and internally generated revenue after TIN (IGRAT). A number of statistical tools including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) Model were used to analyse the data and test the hypotheses formulated. The (ARDL) Model revealed that, the internally generated revenue (IGR) before the introduction of TIN within (1997-2007) was not significant. Also, it was revealed that the introduction of TIN within (2008-2018) has witnessed a tremendous increase of internally generated revenue in Akwa Ibom State, rejecting the null hypothesis that TIN does not militate against tax evasion in Nigeria (case study of Akwa Ibom State board of internal revenue). The study recommended that a holistic tax education should be carried out in order to keep the teeming taxpayers abreast of Taxpayer Identification Number programme in the state and also more registration centers should be created for ease of access and registration of taxpayers for the taxpayer identification number programme as oppose to one and only registration center in Uyo to consolidate the TIN programme in the State.

Abstract: In this paper we explored Islamic Entrepreneurship (IE); a phenomenon gaining momentum in the academic circle in recent times. In particular, we looked at the following 3 aspects: definition, issues, and debates on the role of Islam. First, in contrary to what many may think of it, IE refers to entrepreneurial initiatives that obey Sharia. Thus, IE is different from Muslim entrepreneurship (abbreviated as Muslipreneurship). Although the latter phenomenon is sometimes addressed within the Islamic frame, the Islamic part applies to the owner/entrepreneurs status but not to the enterprise actions and strategies. Being a Muslim business owner does not necessarily mean the business is Sharia compliant. Both the entrepreneur behaviours and the enterprise actions and strategies must conform Sharia. Second, the issues that surround IE can be categorized into perceptual issues, practical issues and academic issues. Third, the role of Islam in entrepreneurship, and the economy in general, in Muslim countries has surged a debate that can be summarized in two different views. The first believes that Islam supports entrepreneurship whereas the second view claims that Islam, rather, discourage entrepreneurship. The paper also discusses the missing link between the distinct views.

Abstract: The study focused on analyzing credit information sharing effect on Commercial banks’ profitability in Nakuru County, Kenya. The research’s objectives revolved around establishing the effects of borrowers credit history information sharing, collateral information sharing, customer identification information sharing and profitability of Commercial banks in Nakuru County. The research was supported by adverse selection, the theory of delegated monitoring and moral hazard theory. The study useda descriptive research design, while census approach was used in this study.  The unit of observation was the 32 commercial banks in Nakuru County while the unit of analysiswas the 32 heads of credit departments among the banks. The study used both structured and unstructured questionnaires with closed and open-ended questions to gather relevant data. The study used both descriptive and multiple regression analysis. The research conclusion that credit information sharing positively and significantly affect profitability of commercial banks in Nakuru County. Also, borrower’s credit history information, credit information sharing cost, customer identification information and collateral information sharing had a significant extent influenced commercial banks’ profitability in Nakuru County. The credit information sharing enhanced banks’ ability to get data on loan security, guarantors and other forms of collateral to reduce credit default. It was concluded that CIS enabled banks to identify, regulate and avoid clients with poor credit history. The research recommendation is that banking institutions need to have their own client credit history records to supplement those by the CRBs. The banks need all to be enrolled with all the registered CRBs in Kenya to enable access sufficient client information before extending credit. The research further puts the recommendation that the banks need to invest and put more focus on customer database for easy identification of customers, their collateral and credit history.

Abstract: Based on a long-term analysis, the study aims to find out: trends in the degree of openness of Balinese imports and their influence on the rate of growth of the Bali economy, the nature of import elasticities between provinces and abroad. Bali as a research area and was chosen because it has economic growth above the national level (5-6%) and is above the national level, the center of the tourism industry, high population growth (above 2% per year), and people's income measured by GRDP always increases. The developing economy of the people has encouraged their ability to import various types of commodities to meet consumption needs. This reality inspired researchers to focus on researching the import issues of the Province of Bali.

The analytical tool used is linear trend, multiple log linear regression models, and long-term income elasticity. Based on the results of this study it is expected to be able to reveal, that in the long run the trend of import openness in the Bali economy is believed to increase in the future, then the GRDP has a positive effect on imports between provinces and abroad, and finally the income elasticity of imports between provinces is thought to be inelastic in nature. long-term. This inelastic nature indicates that the import of commodities between the Balinese provinces abroad is still limited to the main commodities used to meet consumption that is not produced in the local area.

With findings like the above, the public is advised to; the government, the consumer community, producers, to make an effort to increase production and at the same time productivity of imported commodities, which can already be produced in Bali. For consumers of imported goods, they want to reduce the consumption of imported goods and make maximum use of local products in all consumption activities

Abstract: The main aim of the study is to determine the job satisfaction of employees in nakem hospital. It includes determining various parameters that influence job satisfaction and also the present level of satisfaction of the employees. To understand employees’ perceptions about the job and come up with recommendations for the hospital to improve the level of job satisfaction.

The method used to perform the study was a Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of various sections like personal details, working conditions related questions, salary and promotion opportunities related questions, work relationships and skills and abilities related questions and questions on role performed. The questionnaire was circulated to the employees at nankem and also the respondents belonged to various designations.

The findings were that employees at nankem hospital valued work relationships and healthy working conditions the most when it came to job satisfaction. Closely followed were salary, other benefits and opportunities to learn new skills. Regarding working conditions the employees were satisfied with the number of hours spent at office, current location, sick and paid leaves by the hospital. Regarding salary and opportunities for promotion the employees were satisfied, however on the parameters of job security, other benefits and recognition for work the employees was also satisfied.

The results observed suggested that the management should look towards building a long term relationship with the employees of the hospital by rewarding the deserving employees and providing them with the compensation that is as per hospital standards.

RESEARCH SUMMARY

A study on “JOB SATISFACTION” of employees was been carried out in Nankem Hospital, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu.

Objective. The main objective of the research was to find out the satisfaction level of employees in the organization. Employee satisfaction is essential to the success of any hospital/ organization. The important factors that was considered in the employee’s job satisfaction are pay & benefits, promotions, working condition and relationship with the supervisors etc.

Methods. The study was being done by following under mentioned methods.

1. Cross-sectional study.
2. Quantitative research methods.
3. Likert ordinal scale (Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree and Strongly Disagree).

Unit of analysis/ Population. Are selected an organizational employee like doctors and consultant, nursing staffs and other paramedical staffs, admin, and others. The primary data was collected by means of questionnaire and also through observation, interview and discussion with the management.

Sampling. There are around five hundred employees working in the hospital and it was decided to take 301 respondents under consideration as a sample of the research study.

Time Frame. This Research was completed in the 3-4 months of time. This will include literature review, collection of data, data analysis and submission of full research work to the university.

Expected outcome. Utmost care was taken from the beginning of the preparation of the questionnaire till the analysis, findings and suggestions. The analysis directs over to the conclusion that bulk of the employees are satisfied. Dissatisfaction with reference to some of the factors will be reported, if found dissatisfaction among employees, that will affect the work performance and productivity of the hospital.

Abstract: The rapid development of the coffee industry in Indonesia today, requires coffee companies to be more creative and innovative in increasing sales. This is because the competition in the coffee industry is getting tougher. Overcoming increasingly fierce business competition can be done by planning and implementing a strategic sponsor. Then, it will create a strong and complete product brand image, giving rise to consumer confidence in making Purchase Decision.

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship of sponsorship variables to brand image, sponsors to purchase Decision, and brand image variables mediate sponsorship variables to purchase Decision. This research was conducted in Denpasar involving 120 respondents who had visited the event visited by ABC White Coffee. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, while data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, analytical pathways, the classic assumption test and the sobel test. The results of the study found that sponsors supported the brand image and Purchase Decision positively. The brand image supports positively towards the purchase Decisions and mediates the positive sponsor of the purchase Decisions.

Abstract: Corporate world has felt the demise since the inception of corporate governance scandals which has subsequently questioned the performance of the corporate governance system. Afterwards, financial literature received greater paramount to analyse the corporate governance system in relation to different parameters of the firms. The study has attempted to extract good corporate practices which will provides useful information and intuition to equity investors, security analyst, policy maker and financial management consultant. This study uses regression and correlation techniques to investigate the impact of corporate governance on working capital management efficiency of Omani firms employing causal correlation research design and a sample of 62 firms listed at Muscat Securities Market for the period of 3 years from 2016-2018. The results show that audit committee, board size and gender effect improve utilization of the working capital.
