Abstract: Innovative behavior of employees creates a competitive edge for firms over other firms; hence, organizations are putting measures in place to influence employees' innovativeness. The study investigated the effects of three constructs in connection with employees' innovations in the public sector of Zimbabwe. The researchers employed quantitative methodology for data collection analysis. Data were gathered through an online questionnaires administration system, and SPSS-AMOS version 23 was used to conduct the analysis. Data validity and internal consistency were evaluated using confirmatory factor analysis, composite Reliability, and Cronbach alpha, while the relationships between the variables were measured using a linear hierarchical regression model. The results show that inclusive leadership has positive effects on perceived organizational support and employees' innovative behavior, while perceived organizational support also has positive effect on employees’ innovative behavior. Perceived organizational support mediate the relationship between inclusive leadership and employees innovative behavior , while psychological safety moderate the relationship between inclusive leadership and organizational support and inclusive leadership and employees innovation. The researchers recommend that management remove various barriers impeding psychological safety in their organizations and maximize inclusive leadership to enhance employees' innovativeness.

Abstract: The structure and processes of the SEBI have been developed over the year. In 1602 when Amsterdam stock exchange was admitted by the East India Company for dealings in its own securities the establishment of the native share and stock Brokers Association (now renamed as Bombay Stock Exchange) in 1875 in the existing India undoubtedly marked a beginning of the stock exchange in India despite being the first ever stock exchange in Asia. The earliest legislative efforts to regulate the securities market in India was made by the Bombay Securities Contracts control act 1925, which was enacted to regulate and control certain contracts acts for purchase and sale of securities in the city of Bombay.

Abstract: Society lives its lives in a way that allows them to adapt to changing circumstances. The emergence of the new coronavirus, also known as Covid-19, has impacted nearly every area of people's lives by early 2020. Current and potential customers to provide a more dynamic experience and increase loyalty. The article is discussing how companies are using social media for marketing as their lifeline in surviving their business. To be more specific, the hospitality industry would be the main highlight as companies and businesses in the hospitality industry shifted and adjusted more during the pandemic. This inquiry aims to show the effectivity of media publicizing as a promoting instrument in buyer conduct for organizations in the cordiality business utilizing the EBK Model. In investigating this phenomenon in terms of the effectiveness of social media advertising in purchasing decisions during the Covid19 pandemic, researchers try to answer the following questions; demographic profile, effectiveness of advertisements on during the covid-19 pandemic through the EBK Model in the hospitality industry, is there a significant discrepancy between the respondents' demographic profile and the assessment of the effectiveness of social media ads related to the EBK model and what possible Marketing strategies on customer buying decisions can be proposed.

Abstract: Covid 19 pandemic has had a big impact on the Fast-food industry resulting in various problems in the fast-food industry. And because of the government, implementation of Enhanced Community Quarantine fast-food industries' operations is become limited from 100% operation down to 50%, and it depends on the level of the Community Quarantine because this implementation helps to reduce the number of covid 19 cases in the Philippines and to ensure the safety of the employees and customers. But it results in a huge negative impact on the Fast-Food industry because they need to spend money on safety equipment. Therefore, we decided to conduct this study to help future businesses and provide information and guidance on Covid 19 pandemic to survive various problems. To gather information to help the future, the researchers are using a qualitative paradigm method based on the purpose of the study. That the characteristics aim to collect data answers based on the survey and interview reviews of the participants and the researcher also expanded the framework by adding Community Quarantine which is also the mediator variable. The data that is going to collect is to respond to the demographic profile of the participants such as company name, position, expertise, and location of the company.

Abstract: The study aim was to assess the effectiveness procurement planning on procurement performance of public organizations in Tanzania. The principal question addressed by this study is “what is the effect of procurement planning on procurement performance of public organizations in Tanzania?” To answer this question and to achieve the primary objective of this study, the researcher focused on Babati District Council as a case study. The study adopted descriptive research design which allowed a detailed description and analysis of the variables under study; describing and presenting their characteristics and explaining their relationships without manipulation. The study employed a mixed approach with simple random sampling and purposive sampling techniques to get a sample of 78 respondents from a population of 97 who are employees of Babati District Council Headquarter. The study used questionnaires and interview as the Field data collection instruments. Descriptive statistics were utilized to estimate frequency, mean, standard deviation and percentages in the examination of respondent characteristics and respondent’s data on independent and dependent variables. While inferential statistics were employed to establish the causal link between the independent and dependent variables. Presentation also is done through their calculated mean, frequency, standard deviation, correlation and regression analysis of the data collected. The study concludes that procurement planning variables which include; procurement needs assessment, procurement budgeting and procurement method have got a positive significant relationship with procurement performance of the Babati District Council Headquarters. Moreover, the study concludes that conducting procurement needs assessment and budgeting in compliance with procurement planning procedures contribute to the timely delivery of quality goods, works or services, reducing unnecessary operational costs as well as satisfying customer by meeting their intended demands. Finally, the study recommends that government should capacitate the key stakeholders in the procurement process such as tender board members, procurement management unit, user department by provide training on procurement matters, PPA 2011 and its associated Regulations of 2013 concerning Preparation of annual procurement plan and its implementation as capacity building measure in order to increase efficiency in the procurement process and ensure compliance to the Acts and its Regulations.

Abstract: Since the middle of the 1990s, China's economy has experienced spectacular growth in its exports. It enabled the country to maintain a highly favourable trade balance with the majority of its trading partners as well as substantial foreign exchange reserves. China has been accused by its trading partners of maintaining a depreciated currency in order to keep its exports high while maintaining cost competitiveness for its goods on the world market.

By the middle of 2010, China was under increasing pressure from all sides to revalue its currency in order to reflect the true value of the Yuan in comparison to other currencies. China stayed silent on the subject, but economic analysts predicted that sooner or later it would have to give in to pressure. They added that a currency revaluation might not have an immediate impact.

Abstract: Revenue collection is a major challenge which has rocked most Local Authorities in Zimbabwe. Poor revenue collection has hindered Local Authorities (LAs) ability to exercise their mandate efficiently and this has also hampered service delivery. Failure of LAs to successfully collect revenue comes against a background of worsening economic conditions prevailing in the Sub- Saharan country. The major research objective was to investigate revenue collection at Harare City Council (HCC) during economic doldrums. The research was also aimed at assessing factors hindering the successful collection of revenue at HCC. The research further aimed to devise strategies which can be used by HCC to improve revenue collection. The study utilized both the mixed methodology approach where qualitative and quantitative were factored in. A Case study design was used to study and obtain data. A sample size of 100 rate payers and 50 employees was used. Data was collected from interviews and questionnaires. The study established that local authorities in Zimbabwe are struggling with their operations due to failure to effectively collect revenue. The research further unveiled that there is lack of transparency and accountability in the form of funds misappropriations, political interference and embezzlement of funds by top officials at HCC. The research recommended that in order to improve service delivery Local Authorities must devise and promote new revenue collection strategies such online billing and implement pay as you use facility.

Abstract: A commitment to embracing continuous learning, considered a crucial component of an organization's growth and long-term survival by allowing it to innovate, adapt and change, has gone hand in hand with an accelerated exploration of alternative contemporary techniques aimed at utilizing the full potential of an institution’s human resources. This has not, however, been the case for all organizations, especially military ones, characterized by a rigid, hierarchical organizational structure, which have been slow to adapt and ring the necessary changes. This paper addresses the study’s central research question directly by looking at some of the enabling factors affecting organizational learning that may be leveraged by the military organization under study in order to transform itself into a successful learning organization. The study employed theoretical frameworks of organizational learning (OL) and models of the learning organization (LO) to provide guidance and greater clarity in seeking to extrapolate and interpret the complex web of factors influencing OL gathered as data from a document review, observation and informal conversations, and semi-structured interviews. The results demonstrated the critical importance of a shared vision, strategy, structure and culture to organizational transformation. They also highlighted the crucial role of transformational leadership, learning dynamics and processes at the individual, team, and organizational levels, as well as knowledge management and the use of technology for communication, learning systems and enhanced collaboration. Some of these supportive forces for organizational learning were found to be either absent or evident only in a nascent form, leaving the case organization a long way from complying with the modus operandi of a learning organization. Both the literature and the findings of the study suggest that being a military organization is not incompatible with being a learning organization. Military organizations can become learning organizations provided that organizational learning is fully endorsed by the leadership through their unwavering commitment to establishing and sustaining the various conditions that enable positive change. The study’s theoretical and practical reach help to advance research into the multitude of factors involved in transforming a specific military organization into a learning organization.

Abstract: The primary goal of this study was to investigate the influence of risk management on Rabbit LTD project success in Rwanda, using the Rabbit Project as an example. The influence of risk management on Rabbit LTD project performance in Rwanda: a case study For the second objective, inferential data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis to establish the relationship between the variables. Descriptive statistics were used because they allow the researcher to meaningfully describe the distribution of scores or measurements using few indices. In addition, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 80 responders. The stratified sampling methodology was utilized in the study because it is an incredibly productive type of sampling when the researcher desires to focus primarily on certain strata from the available population data. The acquired data was entered and analyzed using SPSS. Descriptive statistics were used for the first and third objectives because they allow the researcher to meaningfully describe the distribution of scores or measurements using a few indices. For the second objective, inferential data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis to establish the relationship between the variables. As shown in table 7, the overall mean of (M= 4.50, SD= 0.44) Perceptions of respondents on risk identification are rather high.From the Table 8 above Perceptions of respondents on Risk Analysis presented an overall mean of (M= 4.64, SD= 0.30) indicating it was practiced to a Large Extent. From the Table 9 above of Perceptions of respondents on Risk Response overall mean of (M= 4.04, SD= 0.39) effect of risk response on Rabbit LTD projects success to a large extent. From the Table 10 above Perceptions of respondents on Risk Review on project success an overall mean of (M= 4.67, SD= 0.35) to a large extent. From the Table 11 above Perceptions of respondents on Risk Control on project success with an overall mean of (M= 4.71, SD= 0.44) meaning is to a large extent. After analyzing the data collected from the workers of Rabbit Ltd and basing on the findings, the researcher concludes that there is a considerable contribution of Rabbit Project success of workers in Rwanda. The study sought to establish the effect of risk management on Rabbit ltd project success in Rabbit ltd in Rwanda. research findings indicate that there is a strong relationship (R2= 0.84) between risk management and the project success of Rabbit project.

Abstract: The carrying of business activities results in the development of relationships with stakeholders. The stakeholders are the consumers, employees, investors, and suppliers. Hence, the stakeholders are the individuals with which the business encounters in many forms. CSR is a complicated and multidimensional organizational phenomenon understood to be the scope for how an organization is consciously responsible for its actions and non-actions and their impact on its stakeholders; hence, organizational performance directly influences its stakeholders (Jamil & Al-Aina, 2017). The research problem is to investigate whether the Bank Dhofar manages its stakeholder and considers their inputs in decision-making. The general purpose of the research is the elaboration of stakeholders' and organizational performance. The quantitative research design is used for the analysis of the relationship between stakeholder management and the organizational performance of Bank Dhofar. The Pearson correlation of the independent variable (stakeholders' management) with the dependent variable (organizational performance) is 0.441. The correlation of 0.4112 emphasizes a strong positive relationship between the dependent and independent variables. The R square change is .195; this depicts that the independent variable (Stakeholders' management) changes the organizational performance by 19%. The minimum significant value of Cronbach's Alpha is 0.5; hence the Cronbach's Alpha rate of this research study is 0.710, which means the variables of this study are measured reliably in questionnaire responses. The valid percentile is 74; the rate tells us about the validity of the questionnaire and questions asked by participants. Hence, the researchers can rely on the study and its questionnaires because of high-reliability statistics. There is the suggestion for banking sector and organizations that they should develop a plan to enhance employees' input in organizational decision-making. Bank Dhofar can help onboard its employees and their input through various methods such as the inauguration of performance evaluation programs, circulating questionnaires, or developing a direct communication mechanism with executive members of the organization. The banks must allow and enhance the cooperation with the state's financial and legislation institutions by following the central bank or capital market guidelines and giving the Bank's input in financial decisions of the banking sector.

Abstract: The objective of this thesis was to estimate the threshold effects of inflation on economic growth in Rwanda. Time-series data from 1972-2021 were accessed from World Bank and analyzed using both LS and 2SLS Threshold Model.  GDP growth rate, investment growth rate, inflation rate and population growth rate and other instrumental variables were used to model the equation estimated. Therefore, the study explored the threshold level of inflation being 6 percent, which means that below 6% stimulate the economy growth while beyond it can hamper economic growth. Mainly, the findings proved that Rwanda has a moderate inflation threshold level compared to other developing countries whereby inflation threshold fluctuate above 6% and 15%. Concluding, this research revealed the up bound where inflation rate should not go beyond for stimulating the economy and it is known that low inflation rate drives the economic growth. So, there is a need to conduct a research for determining that low level of inflation that could not affect the economic growth. As well, other researchers are called upon to conduct the research on the effect of inflation threshold in Rwanda using other techniques and variables for exploring inflation dynamics on economic growth in advance.

Abstract: A rigid, traditional, hierarchical organizational structure, typical of many military organizations is no longer seen as effective in terms of anticipating and responding to fast moving changes in the external environment in the modern era. Such structures leave decision-making and directives largely in the hands of a few individuals at the top of the organizational pyramid which is not conducive to the rapid and seamless implementation of policies and strategies in response to changing circumstances. Military organizations stand to benefit if they endorse some of the organizational learning approaches adopted by learning organizations which are better equipped to deal with change. This paper limits itself to looking at the various structural and behavioral characteristics identified in a particular military organization that are deemed to act as impediments to organizational learning and which stand in the way of its potential transition to a learning organization. An examination of these obstacles forms an important part of a wider qualitative, single-case, descriptive study which set out to determine how this particular military organization could turn itself into a learning organization.  The study looked at various aspects of organizational learning within the case organization in order to determine the extent to which these corresponded to the way learning is promoted and managed within learning organizations and to identify a transformational pathway towards becoming a learning organization. Data was collected from a document review, observations blended with informal conversations and via in-depth interviews. The findings outlined in this paper highlight the ways in which the case organization was not functioning as a learning organization and identified the kind of transformational policies that need to be put in place.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the capabilities of internet technology, international entrepreneurial orientation, international networks and export performance achievements of creative industry SMEs in Bali. The population of this research is creative industry SMEs that have exported in Bali. The size of the sample used is 170 managers / owners of creative industry SMEs with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the capability of internet technology and international entrepreneurial orientation possessed by creative industry SMEs in Bali is quite high. Its international network is in good category, and its export performance is quite good. Therefore, it is important for creative industry SMEs in Bali to continue to improve their internet technology capabilities and international entrepreneurial orientation to a higher level, which is very high, so that their international network becomes very high and the achievement of export performance is high or very high. Things that need to be done include: improving its internet technology infrastructure, communicating its successful mission in international markets more often, increasing resources to support activities in international markets, and attaching importance to encouragement to enter international markets.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of perceived travel risk, celebrity endorsement, destination image, attitude, and intention to return tourists to Bali. The population of this study are domestic tourists who have visited Bali. The sample size used was 170 tourists with a purposive sampling method . The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the perceived travel risk of tourists visiting Bali is very low. This means that tourists feel the risk of traveling to Bali is very low, while celebrity endorsements and destination image get very good ratings. Likewise, the attitude of tourists visiting Bali is also in the very good category, and their intention to return to Bali is also in the very high category. Therefore it is important for tourism business managers in Bali to pay attention to perceived travel risk, celebrity endorsements , and destination image in order to build a positive attitude and increase intention to return to Bali.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to provide an understanding of what causes delays and claims in construction projects, along with the identification of multiple techniques that can be used for those issues causing delays. The true significance of this research lies in the bridging of gaps that were identified through a review of literature, along with the provision of essential findings based on a singular topic housing all of the associated variables so that every domain of related information could be explored and presented to the concerned people such as the construction management companies, project managers, and stakeholders of the construction project with better understanding on this topic. The methodology for this research revolved around the context of a quantitative approach, where a questionnaire was used for collecting data from more than 100 respondents in the dimension of multiple-choice questions so that a direct, and practical approach toward the understanding of said research topic could be developed. The results of this research revealed that most of the respondents viewed design, as well as consultant-related factors in the light of them being the highest impacting causes for delay and that the most probable technique which could be applied in the case of multiple delay causes was that of Time Impact Analysis or TIA. The construction stages through which these delay issues occur were also identified and listed individually for better understanding.
