Abstract: Digital banking enhances convenience and efficiency by enabling customers to access banking services anytime and anywhere through digital platforms. It also promotes financial inclusion, cost reduction, and faster transactions, contributing to overall economic growth. The main objective of the study is to analyse the Problems Faced by Customers While Availing Digital Banking Services in Selected Commercial Banks in Tamil Nadu. Both Primary and secondary data has been used for the study. Primary data has been collected from structured questionnaire with sample size of 385. The findings of the study shows that The most important problems faced by customers while availing digital banking services is difficulty in using complex digital banking interfaces.

Abstract: E-purchasing refers to the process of buying goods and services through electronic or online platforms, such as websites, mobile applications, or digital marketplaces, using the internet. It involves activities like searching for products, comparing prices, placing orders, making digital payments, and receiving products through home delivery or electronic transfer. In simple terms, e-purchasing is the practice of purchasing products or services online using digital technologies, offering benefits such as convenience, time savings, wider product choices, and easy access to information. Abstract: Camping tourism is an example of an emerging feature in the context of tourism and hospitality. In another light, there’s a small number of studies that investigated how visitor demographics influence satisfaction with campsite facilities and services. This study surpassed that gap by studying visitor satisfaction at Silangan Blankspace Campsite in Silang, Cavite, with a contrast on its facilities and services. Furthermore, the researchers utilized a quantitative descriptive design, which consisted of 70 visitors that are chosen through convenience sampling. To gather the data, the researchers used a validated structured questionnaire incorporating demographic information, a four-point Likert scale on sections of satisfaction for facilities and services, and, lastly, an open-ended question to unfold the problems encountered at the campsite. In analyzing the quantitative results, the researchers utilized frequency counts, weighted mean, and ANOVA. For analyzing qualitative results, NVivo software was applied. The results demonstrated that Silangan Blankspace’s facilities and services gained very satisfactory feedback from the respondents. Lastly, no significant relationship was displayed between satisfaction and demographic variables. Nonetheless, enhancements in entertainment systems, restrooms, pest control, and pathways are recommended to make Silangan Blankspace competitive among campsites in Cavite. The study serves as a guide to the management of Silangan Blankspace Campsite in improving facilities and services, ensuring higher visitor satisfaction.

Abstract: The growing complexity of financial frauds in the Indian banking sector has heightened the relevance of forensic accounting as an effective fraud detection and prevention mechanism. This study investigates the perception of employees towards forensic accounting in public and private sector banks in India, with particular emphasis on awareness, perceived effectiveness, organizational support, and implementation challenges. The study underscores the need for institutionalized forensic accounting frameworks, targeted employee training, and stronger managerial and regulatory support to enhance fraud risk management in Indian banks.

Abstract: Employee satisfaction and quality of work life directly affect company’s ability to serve its customers. Determining the quality of work life of employees is an important consideration for employers, interested in improving employees’ job satisfaction and commitment. Committed employees play a vital role in success of a business. In this regard, quality of work life is one of the important issue which affects organisational commitment of employees. Therefore it is essential to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and organisational commitment of sales representatives in automobile industry. The aim of this paper is to investigate relationship between QWL and Organizational Commitment amongst sales representatives in marketing of light motor vehicles. . The study found that there is positive relationship exists between quality of work life and organizational commitment.

Abstract: This study aims to identify the leading culinary products in Mataram City and to evaluate their competitiveness using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Domestic Resource Cost Ratio (DRCR) methods. Five traditional culinary products—Ayam Taliwang, Sate Rembiga, Salted Egg, Lombok Coffee, and Beef Skin Crackers—were assessed based on five criteria: availability of raw materials, regional uniqueness, market potential, labor, and capital.

The AHP results indicate that Ayam Taliwang ranks first with a priority weight of 47%, followed by Sate Rembiga (26%), Lombok Coffee (13%), Salted Egg (8%), and Beef Skin Crackers (6%). Abundant local raw materials, a strong cultural identity, high market demand, and adequate labor availability support Ayam Taliwang's superior position. Furthermore, the DRCR analysis conducted on 11 Ayam Taliwang MSMEs produced an average value of 0.6889, which is below one, indicating strong competitiveness and high economic efficiency. Although most MSMEs show competitive performance, one enterprise remains inefficient due to high non-tradable costs. The integration of AHP and DRCR confirms that Ayam Taliwang is the most competitive culinary product and is feasible for sustainable development. These findings are expected to support policy formulation and improve the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs in Mataram City.

Abstract: Introduction: Bull’s Resource-to-Access Conversion Theory (B-RACT) proposes that governance signals foster trust, reduce the Resource-to-Access Conversion Gap (RACG), and enable healthcare utilization. This study examined whether perceptions of Ebola-era aid governance predict current trust, RACG, and routine service use in Sierra Leone.

Methods: A community-clustered cross-sectional survey (N = 230) was conducted in Ebola-affected districts. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with robust maximum likelihood estimation tested direct, indirect, and sequential paths among PEAG, Trust, RACG, and utilization. Missing covariate data were handled via multiple imputation (m = 20). Indirect effects were estimated using 5,000-sample bias-corrected bootstrapping; moderation by gender and socioeconomic status (SES) was tested with interaction terms.

Results: PEAG significantly predicted Trust (β = .38, p < .001), and Trust significantly reduced RACG (β = –.41, p < .001). Trust increased the odds of routine utilization (OR = 1.47), while RACG decreased them (OR = 0.65). Both the simple indirect effect (β ≈ .09) and sequential indirect pathway (β ≈ .04) were significant, consistent with partial mediation. Community accountability showed theory-concordant but imprecise effects, and moderation analyses indicated no meaningful slope variation across gender or SES.

Discussion/Conclusion: Findings validate B-RACT’s conversion mechanism: credible governance signals build trust, which lowers perceived access barriers and increases service use. Strengthening post-crisis health systems should prioritize accountability, trust repair, and friction-reducing service design to ensure that resources are converted into realized care.

Abstract: This paper critically examines the implications of the Old Tax Regime versus the New Tax Regime of Indian Income Tax proposed for 2025, aimed at determining their comparative effects on individual taxpayers' financial outcomes and compliance behaviors. By analyzing quantitative data on tax liabilities, taxpayer demographics and compliance rates, alongside qualitative insights from taxpayer experiences and expert opinions, the research identifies significant distinctions in the efficacy and fairness of the new regulatory framework. The findings indicate that the New Tax Regime, while designed to simplify compliance and potentially enhance revenue generation, may disproportionately impact lower and middle-income taxpayers, raising concerns about equity and accessibility. The study highlights the complexities surrounding taxpayer attitudes towards both regimes, suggesting that misconceptions regarding the benefits of the new system may hinder compliance, ultimately affecting overall tax revenue. This research bears significant implications, not only for fiscal policy and reform in India but also for healthcare financing, as the resultant tax revenues directly influence the government's capacity to fund health initiatives. Abstract: This study examined how project quality management practices influence the sustainability of women handcraft projects in Rwanda, focusing on the Ngwino Ukore Bushoki project in Rulindo District. Guided by Quality Management and Sustainability theories, the research aimed to assess the effects of stakeholder engagement, project quality control, and continuous improvement on project sustainability. A mixed-method correlational design was used, combining descriptive survey and case study approaches. From a population of 118 participants—including women artisans, project staff, and local officials—a sample of 91 respondents was selected through stratified, random, and purposive sampling. Data were gathered using questionnaires, interviews, and document reviews. Quantitative analysis with SPSS and qualitative thematic analysis were conducted. Findings showed that stakeholder engagement ($r = 0.769, p < 0.001$), project quality control ($r = 0.742, p < 0.001$), and continuous improvement ($r = 0.728, p < 0.001$) all had strong positive effects on sustainability. Together, these factors explained 70.6% of the variation in project sustainability. Qualitative data confirmed that stakeholder participation promotes ownership and skill development, quality control enhances market competitiveness, and continuous improvement drives innovation and resilience. The study concludes that integrated quality management practices are vital for sustaining women handcraft projects. It recommends that policymakers, NGOs, and project managers adopt structured quality management frameworks to empower women artisans, preserve cultural heritage, and support inclusive socio-economic development in Rwanda.

Abstract: Credit management practices refer to the strategies and techniques used by individuals and businesses to effectively manage their credit activities. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of credit management practices on financial performance of deposit taking savings and credit cooperative societies a case study of Uasin Gishu farmers’ cooperative society. The study was  guided by the following research objectives: to determine the effect of credit policy on financial Performance of Deposit-Taking Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies in Uasin  Gishu County; to determine the effect of credit evaluation on financial performance of deposit-taking Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies in Uasin  Gishu County; to determine the effect of Credit Limits have an effect on financial performance of deposit-taking Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies in Uasin  Gishu County; to determine the effect of loan terms and conditions have an effect on financial performance of Deposit-Taking Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies in Uasin Gishu County.The research design chosen for this study is a descriptive survey. The target population was Director, Manager, 10 credit control and 70 general employees. The researcher concluded that the credit policy of Deposit-Taking Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOs) can have a significant impact on their financial performance in Uasin Gishu County. Here is a conclusion summarizing the potential effects: The credit policy directly influences the quality of loans granted by SACCOs. A well-designed credit policy ensures proper assessment of borrowers' creditworthiness, reducing the risk of default. By implementing strict criteria for loan approval, SACCOs can minimize the number of non-performing loans, leading to improved financial performance. Credit evaluation impacts the cost of credit for SACCOs and borrowers. Through a thorough evaluation process, SACCOs can determine the appropriate interest rates and fees to charge based on the perceived risk. Accurate assessment helps SACCOs set fair and competitive rates, ensuring sustainable revenue generation while also providing affordable credit options to members. Credit limits play a crucial role in managing credit risk for SACCOs. By setting appropriate limits based on the borrower's creditworthiness, income, and collateral, SACCOs can control their exposure to potential defaults. The terms and conditions established by SACCOs directly impact the quality of their loan portfolio. By setting clear and stringent criteria for loan approval, such as minimum credit scores, income requirements, and collateral standards, SACCOs can ensure that loans are granted to creditworthy borrowers. This reduces the risk of default and improves the overall quality of the loan portfolio, thereby enhancing the financial performance of the SACCO. In view of these conclusions, the following recommendations were made \SACCOS should establish well-defined and documented credit guidelines that outline the eligibility criteria for borrowers, loan terms and conditions, risk assessment procedures, and credit limits. This helps ensure consistency in credit decisions and reduces the risk of default. A thorough credit appraisal process should be in place to assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers. This includes evaluating their financial standing, repayment capacity, collateral, and any other relevant factors. A rigorous appraisal process minimizes the risk of default and helps maintain a healthy loan portfolio. Diversify loan portfolio: SACCOS should aim to diversify their loan portfolio by offering different types of loans tailored to meet the varying needs of their members. This reduces concentration risk and improves the overall financial stability of the SACCOS. Effective credit evaluation practices ensure that loans are extended to creditworthy borrowers with a high likelihood of repayment

Abstract: Safaricom Limited is a telecommunications company in Kenya and has performed well since its foundation. The study sought to establish the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility on the profitability of Safaricom Limited. The main objective of this study is to determine the effect of CSR practices on the profitability of Safaricom LTD.  The theories of this study are Social Contract Theory, Carroll´s Pyramid of Corporate Social Responsibility and the Stakeholder Theory. This study used descriptive research design. The population comprised of employees of Safaricom. A multiple regression analysis was carried out. This study will be used as reference by scholars and corporate management team of other firms which carry out Corporate Social Responsibility to promote profitability of the firms. The study established that health infrastructure development, provision of education, environmental awareness and employee focus Corporate Social Responsibility programs have a positive significant effect on profitability of Safaricom. The study concluded that implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility programs helped to enhancing corporate reputation, improved relations with stakeholders and increased profitability. The study recommends that Safaricom ltd should ensure that it engages with the public when coming up with environmental and health   Corporate Social Responsibility programs, which have high significance on profitability and focus on clients to ensure they feel the impact of the benefits.

Abstract: This study examined the impact of sustained Performance-Based Financing (PBF) on health staff service delivery at Masaka District Hospital. It specifically assessed the effects of financial incentives, payment timeliness, and performance monitoring and evaluation. Guided by Agency, Expectancy, and Equity theories, the research adopted an analytical mixed-methods approach, combining cross-sectional, longitudinal, and qualitative designs. From a target population of 293 staff, a sample of 177 respondents was determined using Slovin’s formula and selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using both quantitative and qualitative instruments and analyzed through descriptive, inferential, and thematic methods, while ensuring ethical standards such as informed consent and confidentiality.

Findings revealed overwhelmingly positive perceptions of PBF, with over 95% agreement across all areas. Financial incentives (r = .810), payment timeliness (r = .837), and performance monitoring (r = .824) showed strong positive correlations with service delivery (p = .000). ANOVA results (F = 480.734, Sig. = .000) confirmed the statistical significance of PBF’s impact. The study concluded that PBF significantly improved staff motivation, morale, retention, quality of care, and patient satisfaction. It recommended that Masaka District Hospital and the Ministry of Health sustain and strengthen PBF through fair incentives, prompt payments, and strong monitoring systems. Future research should explore long-term and multi-hospital impacts to enhance understanding of PBF’s scalability and sustainability in improving healthcare delivery.

Abstract: This study investigated how organizational culture management specifically teamwork, stability, risk-taking, and hierarchical culture affects the implementation of nongovernmental organization (NGO) projects in South Sudan, where project failure rates remain alarmingly high. Grounded in open systems theory, stakeholder theory, and the resource-based view, the research targeted 233 NGO projects and sampled 147 using simple random sampling. Primary data were collected through semi-structured questionnaires administered to project managers, technical staff, and project supervisors. Both descriptive and inferential analyses were conducted following a pilot study and adherence to ethical standards. The findings revealed mixed effects of culture dimensions on project implementation. Teamwork exhibited a positive but insignificant influence on project completion, while stability culture demonstrated a significant positive effect. Conversely, a risk-taking culture showed a negative, though insignificant, relationship with project implementation. Hierarchical culture indicated a positive but insignificant effect on NGO project success. The study recommends strengthening institutional capacity for NGOs in South Sudan, particularly in project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. Government support through targeted training and resources can help NGOs establish stronger governance structures that enhance stability and resilience, ultimately improving project implementation outcomes.

Abstract: This study examined the effect of scheduling tools on the performance of Cooproriz Abahuzabikorwa Cooperative, a rice-producing agricultural cooperative in Rwanda. Adopting a descriptive-correlational case study design, the research employed mixed methods combining structured questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and documentary analysis to collect data from cooperative members, managers, and project records. Findings from regression analysis revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between the use of scheduling tools and project performance, with scheduling tools explaining approximately 23.8% of the variance in performance outcomes. Key indicators such as task completion timeliness, milestone achievement, and budget adherence improved notably following the adoption of both digital and low-tech scheduling practices. The study concludes that intentional integration of accessible, context-appropriate scheduling tools enhances operational efficiency, coordination, and overall project success in agricultural cooperatives. These insights offer practical value for cooperative leaders, development practitioners, and policymakers seeking to strengthen smallholder agricultural enterprises through improved planning mechanisms in resource-constrained settings.

Abstract: Scientific associations, traditionally grounded in voluntary academic governance, increasingly confront pressures that challenge the adequacy of their historical structures. Growing stakeholder expectations, the expansion of professional roles in the scientific community, digital transformation and new forms of societal engagement require associations to develop more formalized, professionally coordinated organizational models. Yet the professionalization of scientific associations remains theoretically underexplored. This conceptual article develops an integrated framework explaining how such associations transition from academically oriented volunteer structures to hybrid, professionally supported organizations. Drawing on institutional theory, organizational design, sociology of professions and capability-based perspectives, the framework identifies four interdependent mechanisms—strategic mission reframing, governance redesign, capability reconfiguration and institutional identity evolution—that collectively underpin professionalization.
